Welcome pet:)... ya have definitely messed up on a few occasions*cough* lol
Forgiveness def helps the person afflicted with the issue, thats for sure, I can't hold on to issues(im sure I still do unknownst to myself) but if I do it consciously, I get all messed up and come out worse...forgiveness can be very hard, I find it difficult to forgive and easier to forget!;) Forgiveness is something I really have to work at...but ya, it is better for everyone, pent up bitterness rots you up and taints everything that comes into your life.:p

I am doing the sober thing to Carl. You are looking really good It does feel good to, I bet. It does for me as well tbh. .

lookin good! :] and yes i agree, its good to be clean! been only about a month for me...i am the relapse queen! always in and out of AA/NA. i seem to think i can have one foot in recovery and the other in the drug world. but it never works that way. i end up slipping, saying fuck sobriety! and goin back out. they say it gets worse everytime you go back out...for me, this is true.
 
Asclepius my father used to tell me " having a resentment is like setting yourself on fire and hoping the other person hates smoke"...... i always thought that one was dead on
