So, this amazing rock I introduced myself to the other day spoke to me about an experience he had on MDPV about 2 1/2 weeks ago.
Having had MDPV about a year before this event, he stupidly thought he knew enough about said substance to guesstimate the effects, strength and side-effects without actually doing the research.
While he had heard much about PV being active at 5mg, having dropped the strongest acid tab of his life the previous day, the rock overdid his dosages, both insufflating and smoking roughly 2-2.5gm over the course of 2 1/2 days between 2 and at some times 3 people.
Exactly how concerned should this rock be, considering his stony toes lost all feeling for roughly 2 weeks, occasionally experiencing pins-and-needle sensations upon pressure and stabbing pains starting at the ball of the big toe in the morning, when his feet first touched the floor?
As of a couple of mornings ago, he mentioned his toes had begun occasionally feeling a dull throbbing ache in the tips of his second toes on both feet.
He was wondering exactly how concerned he should be and whether to stick it out further or to seek medical advice.
This particular rock has had legal problems in the past persuant to illicit substances and is wary of drawing attention to himself, thus has not seeked advice before now.
He thanks you in advance for your input, and realises the error of his ways.
