Man, today I put the finishing touches on an application I coded for work to make an interface for creating code for this one complicated thing some clients want to do. It used to take an hour per "concept" to do, and if you messed up or if they came back and wanted to change some wording or something, you'd have to start over. But my program lets you create them in like 5 minutes, and make changes and then import the entire thing automatically in, working 100%, with a visual interface. It was a surprise because I'm looking to get promoted to a more full-on programmer role. Recently the other 3 people in my position who were sort of in "top" position all quit within 2 months, so now suddenly I'm for sure that person. And my boss already said that there would be raises this year (after none for a couple of years because of the economy). So it's looking promising. :)
 
Hey ho PD folks. :)

Did some clonazepam yesterday. Consumed about 6mg total over the course of the day. I must say Im not a big fan of benzos and rarely ever use em, but it was offered to me for free so I ate em up.
Got kinda wasted.. in that clonazepam kind of way.. feels like its working behind the scences sort of, just making you fucked up while you feel relatively coherent. Added some moonshine to finish things off - damn that stuff burns wicked to drink straight. Feels good today even, nice afterglow, calm and relaxed. :)
 
^^The only clonazepam "afterglow" I've had consisted of having to drag my ass to work in the morning with slurred speech and impaired coordination. Not a big fan :)
 
Had a great night last night. Took 10mg of 4-AcO-D and went to the symphony with me gf

Liszt- Hungarian rhapsody no 2
Bartok- Viola Concerto
Brahms- piano concerto no 2

Absolutely beautiful performance, the pianist was awesome. Hungarian rhapsody was my favorite piece overall though the brahms was close.
10mg was the perfect dose for this event, though I had to contain myself surrounded by higher class folk

Woke up today feeling great, went for a ~15mile bike ride

Memes can be a bit mindless but so what, fun can be that way! I don't think it's particularly enlightened to be all serious about everything all the time. ;)

Damn it tonight I had one of the worst online poker sessions I ever had without really tilting a whole lot: dropped 4 buy-ins but here's the kicker (no pun intended): my EV was near zero. For the uninitiated that means it's generally just bad luck.

I am with my best friend now, he was meditating before and now seems to be taking a nap on the couch. Tomorrow us and other friends are going to the movies to see a Dutch film made by some guys our age (20s) who play these really funny anti-social loitering guys who are being course and being total idiots but do it with flair. It got good critics and a big public:

Hmm I've been thinking, when I start creating a new psych collection (still morning the loss of the old one, incredibly meager though it was) what direction should I go with it? On the phen side, mescaline, 2C-D, and 2C-B are ones I really want to try, and I have a strong desire to explore all of the unsubstituted tryptamines (well I know only so many are available, but still).
 
I just found out that there is a Kava Bar like 10 minutes from my house.
They sell kava obviously, but also Kratom and other ethnobotanicals.
And before the ban they had the JWH incense blends that you were allowed to smoke there.

I think im going to go check it out tomorrow and pick up a little Kratom.
 
its sold as incense, in those foil pouches, after you buy its out of their hands if you want to roll it up, grab a seat on the porch and smoke it.

CC from what i hear it taste kind of nasty. Bitter and earthy and numbs your throat.

very good, ive been reading Alan Watts's the book on the taboo against knowing who you are.

it's incredible, i wish i'd read this years ago.

i've started meditating lately too, its been helping my anxiety alot.
