i don't really mind, i prefer to get my spice off dealers who order it
Question to the JWH fans: I've never tried it before, and I'm interested since the ban's created massive sales. I'm a heavy habitual user, 1 gram or more daily for my IBS as well as recreational use. I know it's a subjective question but do you guys think it's worth buying 10 grams or so to test it out? With the cheap price even if I hated it it wouldn't be much of a loss, and I could, uh, 'unload' it on friends if I'm not a fan.I've heard some horror stories about migraines and whatnot from JWH 018 on the site before, and migraines run in my family, so should the synths be something to avoid?
Hopefully the ban won't hold. Some of these compounds are useful for treating depression. In my case, 018 lifts the fog of depression without exacerbating my bipolar condition, which makes it a very valuable compound for me. Nothing else even comes close. An antidepressant that works and doesn't make me manic and/or psychotic... I found it, and now it's being taken away![]()
Any synthetic cannibanoids still legal in the states??
Four particular ones are now illegal (mentioned in the first post). Other ones are still legal at this time. I'm not sure if the Analog law applies to emergency scheduled substances or not.
Even if it does, sources can simply sell non-scheduled JWH variants as "plant feed" or whatever clever euphemism is in vogue this month.
Now JWH-0xx is Schedule I. That's the worst category, reserved for Cocaine and Heroin. It seems like some precautions should be taken for the storage of pure JWH - or maybe it's time to discard it?
Heard from a JWH god on this forum. I don't remember who but he knows everything there is to know about the JWH compounds.
And no you can't use 250 legally, it's definitely an analog of 200 which gets prosecuted under the federal analogue act, id est you get the same punishment as if you had 200.
The only thing I can think of that couldn't be completely considered an analog of the banned substances that is available online is WIN-55,212-2. There's AM-694 but that is EXTREMELY neurotoxic, when your body metabolizes it, it turns it into a really dangerous chemical.
Anyone see this? I was confused when I went into my local store and saw some of the JWH/other cannibanoid products still there, after they were gone on 12/24/2010. I looked on trusty old google, and...

"FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 28, 2010 -- The DEA has not acted on the Notification to Temporarily Control five synthetic cannibinoids. The agency filed their intent to ban five of these compounds on November 24th 2010. The law requires that a final rule on the temporary order be published in the Federal Register no sooner than thirty (30) days from the date the intent to ban is published. The DEA can act on this notice of intent at any time after the thirty day period.
As of December 28th at 12 pm the DEA had not acted. On 12/24/10 a DEA Spokesman who identified himself as "David" stated that "no date had been set to issue the final rule." As a result the products remain legal and available in stores around the US, even in states that have their own bans in place. In fact the intent letter is so ambiguous it leaves out any type of disposal procedure, product testing protocol or other method for retailers that sell incense products to use to be compliant, this may explain the lack of a definitive order.
The DEA ban was a response to Senator Orrin Hatch's, (R) Utah, letter to the DEA expressing his desire to see the compounds banned. The DEA claims there is a health risk, however no documents are available on the internet or from any government agency to back that up.
"This is a victory for liberty and the rule of law that protects small business" is what Dan Francis, the Executive Director of the Retail Compliance Alliance (www.therca.org) says "I believe our legal actions and strong representation have been noticed by the DEA" he went on to say that they are not the only organization fighting the ban.
The DEA did not expect such a strong reaction from this start-up industry. One economic analyst stated that the industry may represent more than 1 billion in economic impact, if true, this will preclude the ban from ever taking effect as the emergency order is governed by Executive Order 12991 which states that emergency bans cannot be implemented in the cases where a 100 million dollar or greater economic impact will be imposed.
It is also estimated by economists that up to 50,000 jobs could be lost, and hundreds of businesses would have to close their doors."
Thoughts? I haven't found a mainstream source with this news, but it seems to be true?
