Your +4 Recipes

^Ohh yeah LSD + Nitrous is pretty amazing, although I've never quite achieved ego-death with it. About how many bulbs did you go through?
 
^LSD + Nitrous was one of the rare ++++'s for me.

Decided to be a 'hero' and eat all my tabs for the weekend doof at once. (7 in total)
Was tripping some major balls by night time. It was hard to comprehend questions and speak etc etc.

Started doing nangs for an hour or so. Got reeeeeeally lost in my own head. Had a triple nang and swore to god that I really wasn't in reality. I thought I was just dreaming and that I was actually seated at the dentist getting a tooth pulled, and that this was just a big nitrous dream. Kinda hard to explain.

Needless to say, the shit I saw that night I'll remember for the rest of my life. :)

when you say you did a tripple nang, was it in one of them cream dispensers? i just got mine working and found somewhere close to get some cheap boxs. You know if you can crack more than one into the bottles for one dose??
 
Once from 5-MeO-DMT and once from 5g dried cubensis.

Two trips I would classify as ++++ experiences.


Would love to try DPT as it is likely to produce some pretty heavy experiences. I guess you can put in the same category as 5-MeO-DMT with pure concentrated madness.

I think there's a simple misunderstanding between you two. If I'm interpreting correctly, villain, your point was that the effects he listed are not a +4, and The Network, you thought he was implying that it wasn't possible for certain drugs to affect some people very differently than others. FWIW, what you describe sounds very much like a +3 and not much at all like a +4. From pihkal:



As for the original topic... Mushrooms, 4-AcO-DMT, DMT, and LSD have all produced +4 experiences for me. After my first +4 on mushrooms early in my tripping career, I (like many newer psych users) became kind of fixated on pushing each trip as far as I could in terms of intensity. It took me a while to learn that a) more intense isn't always better, and b) you don't get to +4 simply by tripping harder; it's a combination of tripping hard and a particular, sublime state of mind.

If what you assume he meant is right, then yeah... It's not like you can list all the effects of a 4+, you can't remember a true +4 trip.
 
1st time: 30mg 2C-T-7 + 2 blotters LSD + Sleep Deprivation (had been awake approx 40 hours, previous night/morning consisted of about 1g ketamine, 2.5ft san pedro extraction, 35mg n,n-DMT)

2nd time: Alcohol (about 8 beers, I'm a light weight) + 250mg Ketamine = Came back to reality covered in my own vomit, probably could have died if I was laying on my back.

3rd time: 2 Blotters LSD + 50mg N,N-DMT + Marijuana

4th time: 2 Bloters LSD + 30mg 2C-T-7 + Marijuana + 50mg N,N-DMT

Yes you absolutely can in some circumstances. Abso-fuckin-lutely. Why would it be transcendental or life changing if you couldn't remember anything? a ++++ is not just being "really fucked up" dude

I find it extremely hard to believe that everyone on this thread has had a true ++++ (you may think you have). Very doubtful, as they are extremely rare. I've known so many people, in reality, who find out what a ++++ is and quickly say they had one because they had a "spiritual experience". A ++++ is when you are elevated to the level of a God and you KNOW KNOW KNOW when you've had one, you'll wake up in hysteric tears. They don't just come regularly or even semi-regularly. I'll be the first to admit that I know I have not had a true one. +3.5, many times. ++++, no, even though i have experimented with high doses and low doses of 100s of RCs and LSD and DMT etc etc etc.

I have heard that ++++s on LSD are somewhat uncommon.

I know I haven't had one because I have seen one. It's not just an intense experience. My friend, after 25mg 4-ACO-DMT IV, definitely had a ++++. He was "out" on my bed during the peak, and when he woke up he was hysterically crying for like six hours, in awe of the beauty. Describes being led to a golden Aztec temple by "living plants", and when he got in the temple he was blinded by white light... Soon things cleared up and he says there were yellow "bird people" flying around him with a "flame-like" energy encompassing the whole temple. He says he found he was able to control the music and the imagery with his head, and he felt the bird people were worshipping him (like it was a ritual for him), said he was elevated to the level of Jesus or Buddha. We have consumed lots of psychedelics for the past 7 years and that is the only one I have seen (besides a crazy 5-meo-dmt experience where someone had to be subdued....not sure if that was or not).

I agree completely psilocybonaut. I was tripping for 10 years before I finally had a ++++ from high dose DMT. I came here and made this post..

had my first breakthrough last night, still trying to piece together exactly what happened to me. never experienced anything like that, and I was not expecting it. ego was brutally murdered and I had an almost religious experience.

long story short though, it appears that I am the universe.

I didn't even know this type of experience was possible. You truly do transcend time and space... I don't remember much of it, but what I do remember was a place of white light and oneness. I was an agnostic atheist when this happened so me calling it a religious experience is a *huge* deal.

This is life changing stuff.
 
Another thing I want to add is it is impossible to describe a ++++ to someone who has never had one. I've done over 30 psychedelics and after it happened to me I spent the next couple hours saying "Fuck Fuck. What the fuck? That is not possible. What the fuck?" I couldn't sleep that night at all. I was completely in awe.

Once you have one there is definitely no question it happened though.

If you would of asked me if I had a ++++ before this experience I would of answered yes because I thought I did. I was terribly wrong though.. I honestly don't think the human brain can comprehend this without experiencing it. I remember thinking "How could I ever describe that to someone? It is impossible.."
 
Yeah, it's pretty easy to assume you've had a ++++ if you've had an "extremely intense experience". But it's NOT just that, at all...

++++ are very, very rare as well... and you generally don't get them the first time you do a substance (generally it takes experience)...

I also agree with psilocybonaut. Although it only took me 2 years to ever reach that place. I have tried to replicate the results by using the same substances with "little" results. I say little because one time I did the same dosages, only, I had to smoke DMT as well before I broke through.

I have had a "similar" trip (I don't know exactly what his trip was like since i am not him, so I can never truly say how similar it may or may not be). The craziest thing about it is, whenever i do breakthrough to this place, it is ALWAYS the same place, I begin to remember the previous times I have been there with astonishing clarity. My guide (i can never fully see this being as it is more of an energy, but through interpretation of how i was shown what existence is I can only assume it is me).

My trip was best described "It was the most beautiful way of showing me how pointless existence is." Essentially the universe is infinitely big and small. it works as a Mobius device if you zoom out far enough you will end up back in the same spot or at least as we can perceive an exact replica of it man times larger. Now picture these mobius devices as rubber bands and they are all in a giant rubber band ball. Our interactions with the people in our lives is when these lines cross... I could go on explaining death and all that but either I'm going to start sounding crazy or boring...

If that was not a ++++ event, then I have no idea what could possibly have been more spiritual than that, except maybe death itself, because then we will truly know all the answers. Or, we will just be dead and it will no longer be important. Just remember this is only what I took from the trip, I couldn't begin to explain what was actually going on...
 
combo of dissociative + psychedelic always gets me to +4.

k+salvia
LSD+nitrous
2ce+nitrous
salvia+nitrous

best combos:
2ce+dxm+nitrous
LSD+nitrous

I had a +4 on 2ce+salvia, but it was so weird. Salvia takes forever to kick in and lasts a really long time when you're on 2ce.

I had a very similar trip myself. I was obsessed with mobius strips for awhile. It is very overwhelming to think about. I have explained this stuff to death here on BL but I just got tired of trying to understand it all.

Ketamine has taken me to a sort of comparable level of ego loss in regards to intensity but I can't count it with the confusion, loss of motor control and just overall retarded feeling, hardly seems like an 'enlightened experience' to me.
 
5g of lemon tek'd mushrooms and a couple 2g shroom chocolates. All home grown/home made.

That, plus one soul mate and dark room with a comfy bed. Spiritual awakening.
