[Melb] EGA 2010 Psychedelic Symposium Dec 4-5- Rick Doblin headlining – Melb Uni

I got to see Ethan Nadelmann talk @ the Melbourne Town Hall just yesterday - he was amazing, 1.5 hours of non stop gold, He even plunged EGA and mushroom :)

Less than a week till EGA now, get ready :D

Will there be a follow-up event to this?

Unfortunately I just got to hear about EGA and the event at the Spirit Molecule screening. Am new in town, so would love to meet like-minded folks... been going for events on my own. Bummer about this being sold out, but I'm happy to know there's such great support for the cause! :)

Will there be any post EGA drinks or catch-up?Directly after the conference pack down on the Sunday night many of us will be heading to Miss libertines for a post gathering drink and tunes (plant head favourites playing, Dj Grooveyboats, Dj Nic Jouin & DJ thrillseekers).

Whether you have made it to the conference or not, feel free to attend and have chin wag. Hope you all can drop in. It will be a good chance to see most of the speakers in the flesh and catch up with interstate visitors in town for the weekend.

I totally agree. The whole conference has been incredibly engaging and rewarding so far, can't wait for later on today.

Great to finally get to finally meet some fellow Bluelighters too :)
 
Proud to hear about the extent of BL turnout and involvement this year. Good to meet so many of you... if you haven't already, please come and say hi today, I'll be wearing the green wristband. =D
 
Thanks ega for an amazing weekend! Learnt a lot and have got lot to read and think about!

Was good to put a few faces as well!

Only dissapointment was having to leave early but hope i won something in the raffle!

PS Hoptis i was the one with dreadlocks and a green wrist band!

I'm glad you went too ;) I was the guy lurking, wearing a green bracelet and I'm also glad I went. I even managed to de-lurk slightly on the second day and meet some people including some of the speakers. Was much appreciated. The knowledge and sincerity of the people there was amazing.
 
I dont think narcs are interested in this sort of event. Maybe they will catch a joint and some dude with 2 grams of shrooms.

Will there be videos? DVD's for sale?
 
I know there is a dvd for sale from EGA was going to buy it but forgot so will look into ordering it when they get more stock as checked and out of stock. Think it has footage from a previous conferences.

They were filming at this years conference so there maybe a DVD in the making.

I am sure Ronny could answer this.
