100% legal to order and possess.

It's the actual extraction part that is not legal.

However, I have heard of busts lately in the UK involving this bark, but not likely. British tabloids and LEO don't seem to understand the difference between bark and actual DMT. Don't have any experience with Australian customs myself though have heard they're a bit tough, but I still think you'll be ok bro.

k thanks for ya help mate
yeah australia has one of the tightest drugs laws it suuuuuuuuucks i havent had real MDMA in over a year same with coke :( all we cn get here is very costley meth and really small packets of weed

Potentially they can bust you for it, as it does contain DMT, and any plant containing a schedule one substance is technically illegal.

http://www.justice.gov/dea/pubs/schedule.pdf
page 81, bottom paragraph is where it starts explaining that any material, compound, mixture, etc, etc containing the following list (its on there after the paragraph) are explicitly illegal no matter that quantity. Now the scheduling laws are kinda ambiguous, so who know what would really happen if you were charged with possession of the root bark.

I've never heard of them busting people or even looking out for people ordering the root bark. But be super careful with the extraction, both with dealing with the law (preventing this), and the extraction itself. Be safe.

edit: i didn't see that you are from aussie land. This is for the US. just to clarify. Not sure specifically about Australia, but google your scheduling laws. I'm about to go to bed or I'd look for you.

ive done the extraction quite a few times (but i was using the wrong bark) now and lernt the hard way that LYE FUCKING BURNS BAD!!! so ive got all the safety equipment and glass jars goggles gloves n shit

I feel like I was watching an aya documentary or something and they mentioned that it IS illegal to order rootbark in australia

But that there are sooo many different species of wild acacias that grow natively that there is prety much no need to ever have to order bark in the first place....

This could be a legitimate memory, or it could be a memory from a dream or some other fiction.

I would just recomend looking into this further than asking the random guy on bluelight.

Busts in the UK? Hmm. I've seen a couple of sites dissapear, I thought this was because of poor turnover etc... but in light of this, it worries me.

Also, I'm suprised this is a common enough venture for the tabloids to have even bothered with. Why can't they keep their noses firmly out? Keep them stuck in the RC stuff they're so fond of demonising (although actually that's a dodgy area, but it's another story and I don't want to risk straying into vendor discussion).

damn looks like il have to get my motorbike out and go for a bush run to see if theres any more acacias ive been using what i think is Acacia maidenii bark with no success ive tryed it a fair few times ive wasted about 6 ounces of Acacia maidenii bark thats why i want to buy some mommosa

You've seen mimosa sites disappear? Or just random sites selling fake Benzo fury? All the UK mimosa sites that were selling are still selling as far as I can see.

That's strange because the one dedicated mimosa site that's been up for the last 3 or 4 years is still up and running. The second site that appeared a year or so ago is still up and running and says they're moving premises. If the police have raided them they usually take the site down. No other UK site apart from these two has ever appeared for the last 4 years when you searched for mimosa.

And you're positive this site was taken down within the last month since the mimosa was seized?

EDIT: And think pretty carefully before you answer because if the police have busted a site since they seized the mimosa then they will be going through the customer lists now and preparing to raid people. So we want accurate information about this so people can clear their homes of drugs.

We need people spreading half-baked scare stories like we need a fucking bag on our hip.

No, not all of them that I can see, just a couple, suddenly and inexplicably. It concerned me a little but I do NOT know the reason and do NOT want to scare-monger. Like I said, it could well have been a simple case of the business going bust.

I'd hope that people will keep alert and careful though, in any case. As far as the law goes, it's still legal, right? I don't know far the law will go in terms of what constitutes evidence of extractions being performed. That should be the concern for anyone with MHRB in their home, if the powers that be are playing straight.

Now that that's settled...

Can I get busted for ordering 1 gram of 2c-e or 2c-i? I know it's unscheduled but that's a lot of shit I'm getting and I'm nervous about the order.

They went bust in the last month or so?

If you're ever talked to by authorities, refuse to talk to them. Theyll try and gain jurisidiction on you to prove your intent was to extract the mimosa. Especially if you're ordering online leaving a consistent paper trail ordering mimosa.

My reply earlier about it being illegal was a bit of a mixup.

I dont know about the legal status of mimosa in aus... I was thinking about the legal status of harmalas and harmala containing plants.

If anyone has ordered from the site that went down then you'd best clear your home of any drugs as the police will be coming through the door shortly.
