It's got a fuckload of caffeine and alcohol, 12% alcohol on top of god knows how much caffeine. And it come in 24 oz. cans, quite a lot for one serving. The debate is that it is basically a speedball inna can and as such can cause heart arrhythmia because of the upper/downer effect. I hear they are gonna take it off the market soon.

First day on the job so naturally I am drinking a shitload of yerba mate and smokin herb before I leave in 15.

Man, where the fuck do all the Americans get these pharma opiates?? (not asking for a source - rhetorical)

You never hear of a dealer offering them here, half the folk in this country have never even heard of oxycontin, hydrocodone etc.

Is USA swimming with them or does everyone just have a brilliant doctor?

There are a lot of people in the US who go to pain management clinics where they get heavy drugs. My mom goes to one, for starters. She gets methadone and darvocet... I don't know exactly what she gets! But she has passed me a pill every so often that made me feel warm and good in all kinds of ways.
 
Saved an 80 I picked up last night, just blew about 60mg to the dome.

I went looking for a bowlpack on a tray I break all my weed up in, and I found like .4 and a Xanax bar.

Once I feel that bar kick in I'm gonna finish this 80 and try to catch a nod. Little to no tolerance is godly.

I found a job doing the laundry at a local hotel on craigslist. I make minimum wage at one job and just over minimum at this one; I basically took the only jobs I could get.

This economy blows ass.

Is it just a case of going to the clinic and filling a few forms and getting good drugs? no questions asked?

im lucky if i get fucking aspirin off my doc!!

It certainly does. I have a BA in English, a Clear Credential, 5 years experience teaching high school, only a few classes away from my MA in TESL. Applied at over 100 districts in 5 states. GOT 3 INTERVIEWS. All were cattle calls. and I did not get any position.

So don't believe the hype. A college education doesn't mean you get a nice comfortable life.

well my mom is 72. She's had a bunch of surguries on her back. She's fallen on her hip. She's pretty messed up. She needs pain management for sure. But she mixes that stuff with her bottle of wine a night and yea. She cannot see straight.
