You guys are pedos. Well I guess assphace is still a youngin, but the rest of you are sick.

Preemptively: The (US) federal A.O.C. is 18. So even if you go on a "sex vacation" or whatever you sickos do, you're still subject to the laws of your home country, no matter what the A.O.C. is in the country you visit. Nbd, js.

Not saying it's the right thing to do by any means, but in a lot of states the age is 16, 18 is not across the board in all 50 states. http://www.cga.ct.gov/2003/olrdata/jud/rpt/2003-r-0376.htm

Most people that live here don't even know about that one. That's right, I do me some drinking in the car, and often times it's legal.

nevada also doesn't have an open container law, i don't think. from what i could tell of when i went to new jersey, neither do they.
 
yeah but it's pretty lame. If I'm at someone's house and I haven't finished my beer and they want to go to wendy's or some random example, I get up to go towards the car and I get a "you're not bringing that in my car!" in response. From people who drink just as much as me. Who I have seen drive very drunk. but because it's a tuesday they think it's this terrible thing to have me enjoy a cold one in their passenger seat. pretty lame. Literally I'd say 90% of people don't know, and then 5% are still scared even though they know the law. I've even asked cops about it. Not illegal. I've even almost had (borderline) arguments with people who were soo sure they were right. Not like there's anything else remotely cool about this state, let me enjoy my victory drink in the car because there is in fact one slightly cool thing here.
Sure I understand if the driver is drunk too, that just makes our car more suspicious but still, fuck you.


tl;dr we have this awesome law but for whatever reason some of my friends are too pussy to let me enjoy it.

Or you could always drink right before you get in the car. I love how it's a separate offense too. If you read the police log people get arrested for driving under the influence AND drinking while driving. One of my most commonly broken laws. heh oops.
 
wendy's is too salty to be enjoyable while drunk imho. but i get your point. it's kind of like how its technically legal to ride in the back of a truck here, but i still wouldn't do it.

hey wait, haven't you not been drinking much lately? the law wouldn't even apply to you now.

whelll, that was a few weeks ago. I wasn't doing opes then either :\. No really tho, I'm not going balls to the walls anymore killing a 750 of tequila 7 days a week, but I still drink at least a few beers maybe 3-4 nights a week on the average week. And yeah, i know what you mean about the pickup truck thing- people get all scared, when in all honesty it's fine to do.

EDIT: i know the wendys thing was just an example, but realistically something about salt and fat just call to me when drunk.

Its irrelevant because federal law trumps state law. Even within the US, if you're from a state where the AOC is 18 and you go to a state where the AOC is 16 to take advantage of the lower age - surprise! - you just crossed state lines, making it a federal crime. ;)
The law will get you every time, sucka.

i prefer oxy to morphine, i am on the fence about whther or not i like oxy or hydromorphone more, i have never had oxy morphone

true, but still, i would like to think even if i did that oxy is still just a better drug for some, i mean even just snorting i prefer Oxy to Heroin so i think i just dont care for the morphine based stuff much n much prefer the thebaine based Opes,
