so after much though and consideration, even though i believe i do not drive to impaired
i have vowed not to do it again, and will not drink anywhere besides the confort of my basement, or living room of where ever i move this spring,

im tired of feeling guilty the next day, and i always spend way to much money on food and other shit when im out drinking and on gass

drinking tea? hopefully non cafienated ginger tea, which is really good for the stomach

peppermint tea, is actually not good for your stomach unlike some people think
 
i thought ginger was just anti-nausea, tho?

Johnny, I agree... oxy > alchohol. But there's something about watching sports and drinkin cold beer that just goes hand in hand. Now the Phillies just got knocked out..(im a yankee fan anyway-they to FAILED), i'm not fienin (sp) for that beer anymore. Took another 1/2 30 rox to make myself feel better :)
 
Oh anyone ever crave sweets (chocolate, junk food etc) when high on Oxy. I've been raiding the vending machines like it's nobody's business. Pop-Tarts, snickers, Payday, Skittles, Twix...GOD I LOVE IT ALL. Luckily for me, I'm 5'7" 160lbs and can eat anything I want and I can't gain a goddamn pound.

Apparently drug dogs alerting are automatic probable cause. One of my lawyers partners said he'd look into the stop and demand to see the video record of the entire incident in lieu of my actual attorney being out of state and, in his words, unavailable.

Already drafted my complaint. I want/was recommended to request the public records related to the officer that initiated the stop, the stop in question, and the damage the police recorded resulting from a(n unconstitutional) search and seizure. I don't feel like I need to do that, but I want the complaint to sound as official as possible and I'm under the impression that a citizen has to be the complainant... not the citizens lawyer.

You didn't and still don't know about my history of any drug other than weed and Xanax, sprinkled with a few specific instances like the fentanyl one. If I remember correctly, though, I was already under the influence of that damn patch when I responded to you.. I'm claiming amnesty on that one.

I consider myself a certain kind of scum. Not a junkie per se`, but I don't think I'm better than anybody here. I see a Truth and I blurt it out, it's other people here assuming that I'm taking a high and mighty approach. If anything, I consider myself to be lower, less educated, less paid and more articulate in text than most people on BL and in my own life. Whether it's true or not I probably couldn't say for sure, but I've got shit for self-esteem. Why do you think negativity and cynicism come so easy to me?

Sometimes the harshest things a person might say get blurted out when they see their own faults embodied in another. I told one of those who PMed me all outraged this, and I think I should publicly state it. Take from it what you want.





tl;dr Fuck you to nobody in particular.
