It has now been 9 months since the DEA microgram went out of print so to speak for the public. Go to the report now and you will get only scheduling updates etc...

Does anyone know of any legal way to access the LEO edition of the microgram that contains all of the stuff we actually want to see?

im confused? all i did was google search DEA Microgram and it sent me to the site and it had all the micrograms for every month since 2003. are these not the full micrograms or what?

it says it is "microgram bulletin volume 43, number 8, august 2010"

Yeah I'm pretty pissed they took them down from public view too. I don't see how they can get away with this... but anyway if you know an officer you can get access to them - provided THEY can. I have a buddy who works in narcotics for KS PD and he can't even get access to them.

A long time ago it was determined legally they HAD to provide the microgram to the public. They are still required to, but they are currently averting the law by making a 'microgram lite', which is actually not the microgram, simply some 'notices' included in the regular microgram. A court challenge would likely make it public again, but who is going to put up the money for the challenge to pay the needed legal team?

This is clearly a case of pissing in the wind and telling me it's raining.

Someone needs to get on it.

So a large percent of the American public knows the DEA is out of place as a federal agency, and we don't get to view any of the products of their war on the people? (Seriously, if we're paying for it I don't give a shit about who your new boss is this month.)

I tried to get BL into this when it first happened.

They didn't release October, November and December '09 until January '10. Thought it was strange. Few days later January 10 pops up and it informed me that it was going LEO-only for the real stuff.

Someone contact the ACLU but sadly no one here at Bluelight gives a shit.

bah, this sucks. looks like starting january of '10 they have been making the public version just a series of misc facts and not the actual mircrogram itself. probably the best drug porn ever.

yeah this is actually totally illegal - they use our tax dollars to fuel their "war on drugs" but then we, the public, no longer have the ability to see how they are actually doing...
