Trying my best to protect my tits from Fubz
I live in the UK and am quite badly addicted to opiates of aaaaaaallll kinds; if I can get it: I'll take it.

If I were to go on bupe therapy would this fuck up my chances of getting jobs etc. in the future or had i better go it alone?

Any other negatives?

No painkillers for when I'm old and actually need them etc etc?

I feel like being on bupe would help you get a job. I know I am a much better employee when I'm not withdrawing or trying to get my next fix. Also you don't have to be on it for your entire life, and that sounds like an excuse to get pain killers anyway when your old. The ultimate goal from bupe is to grow so that you don't HAVE to scheme a way to get pain killers. All I know is that bupe has saved my life and whoever invented it is my hero

I think the best use for it, is to end your addiction. Staying on it isn't going to help you get a job, it's not the same as normal opiates. So if your looking to quit and stabalize then try taking it for a few months.

If your trying to get high, your tripping. Plus it taste nasty, and you always have to take 10 minutes out of your day to disolve that shit under your tongue.

Definitely go for the bupe......it will turn your life around and you wont have to live your life addicted to all kinds of opiates. Some people try to say that if your using suboxone to stay clean that your really not "clean"...but thats bullshit.....its just another medication you take to help better your quality of life, just like any other medication someone might take.

And im also on bupe maintanence and im not addicted to it...I take low doses(~0.5 mg's) so it gives me some good euphorical highs, because high doses of suboxone wont get you high or euphoric at all. But these low doses allow me to stop taking the suboxone anytime I want without any withdrawal....therefore, I am no longer an addict....I use to use $200 worth of IV heroin every day, and I would wake up each morning, sick, trying to figure out a way to score for that day.

Now I wake up and simply enjoy my life and family and friends.

i was on one opiate or another for ten years i have been on suboxone now for two months and it has absoulutley changed my life!!! i havei not had a relapse or even thought about having one!! i feel like i never even touched a pill no cravings now i am not getting high at all. to me i just feel like a normal person. i have regular energy and life is great!! the only side effect i have is not being able to sleep but it is totally worth it!! it will change your life go for it!! good luck and god bless!!

to bupe, or not to bupe- that is the question
whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer
the pain and sorrow of withdrawal
or take bupe against a sea of sickness, and by consuming, end it

Shakespeare would be proud!

Bupe has saved my life as well, def give it a shot (no pun intended).

Blackmarket bupe? Temgesic/Subutex/Suboxone...which one?

The NHS will devise a structured plan for you to follow that's tailored to your previous and current addiction. They will help you follow a maintenance plan and slower taper off of Subutex/methadone at your pace, including one2one meetings blah blah blah. oh, and i forgot to mention the NHS is FREE, and your record wont come up on any Job Searches. Only your GP will know. This may cause issues later on when you really need CDII drugs from your GP, but justifiable depending on the situation at hand.

Your blackmarket friends wont advise you on anything but how to get your money....

Subutex

Meaning when Im old with arthritis and shit i wont get opiates?

interview...

"hi i want a job, btw i take suboxone."

"neeexxxt..!"

but its fine, u should go on it if u want to taper off it.

it wont effect ur job at all, u just dont tell them or just dont go to a "suboxone clinic", go to a regular suboxone doctor.

and ive been RXd oxy, then sub, then oxy, all in 3 weeks at the SAME pharmacy.

if the DR rx's it, the pharmacy HAS to fill it, and if they dont u go to a different pharmacy, simple as that...

depending on whta state u live in...pharmacies arent hooked up to the same computers, only the business itself is...
like walgreens has no idea what CVS does, vise versa... for some states

i know in NY they are all hooked up so u cant multi RX at dif pharmacys

Yeah, (partial opiate agonist, buprenorphine) but by asking a doc for subutex I'm telling the NHS that I'm an opiate addict; would there be repercussions when I do actually need pain meds?

mmm, Ok. If you cant get enough Bupe to successfully taper from your dodgy friends then perhaps considering an International Online Pharmacy that can offer Temgesic (0.2mg Bupe) or 2mg Generic Subutex could be an option....?

With regards to a taper plan, theres lots of threads about Bupe and peoples expeirences on BL that you can read up on and get a better idea of what could work for you.

Hope this helps.

No painkillers for when I'm old and actually need them etc etc?

thats the number one reason i feel like people bug about getting onbupe

i know in USA, pharmacys arent "linked" EXample: walgreens doesnt know what CVS does, vise versa...

atleast in most of the states....NY i actually heard they ARE connected

and its not like ur boss of the job u want is going to call u suboxone doctor, all u gotta do is not tell them

or they arent going to call a pharmacy....

unless u want to work at the pharmacy ur oging to be getting ur scripts filled, theres nothing to worry about
