Liquid Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen

Alot of the doctors in my area are changing people scripts from the pill form to the liquid. And since we all know APAP is terrible for your liver, I was wondering if there is any way to extract the APAP from the solution? I'm hoping yes because I love getting high, but I love my liver more.

Its not that bad for your liver in the liquid doses I personally dont believe all the liver poisoning hype ive done whats 10(hydro)/325(ace)X110= I had a great time but had a hard time falling asleep at night and felt almost feverish but that was years ago and Im still in almost perfect shape.

That isn't in one day, correct? Cause I'm pretty sure 1.1g of hydrocodone combined with 35g of apap would kill just about anyone in one day......

I can only describe its consistency like syrup, I'm going to try to CWE a small dose at first, I'm just worried that the water and the syrup wont mix, on the basis that the syrup is thicker, so in theory the water will float on top? The only way to find out I guess is to experiment, I was just hoping someone on here has had the same dilemma. From what I've found in the internet, for every 15 mL, theres 7.5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen, so there is the same risk of the liver damage, so to me its best to disregard what the other guy said.

I will definately let everyone know, but it will probably be atleast a week or so before I get this, I'm just doing my research now so I know what to do when I get it. :D IMO I think their doing it around my area because of all the abuse, what do you guys think? I mean with the pills you can do CWE to make it safer, but maybe you cant with the syrup? It's also easier for people to sell the pills instead of the dropouts trying to convert mL to g's for pricing. You'd be surprised how stupid some of these people are.

this is just a thought but the hydrocodone may be bound to something so you may want to look into it before wasting some... Liquid form to prevent abuse perhaps?

Thats what I'm thinking too. But we shall see. Its not like I'd try and extract a whole does though, maybe 1mL?

I don't see how it could be sold unless they sell the whole bottle right? Or have extra containers for this...

Really? Maybe I'm wrong to jump in because I actually know little about tylenol(horrible stomach reactions, I refuse to take that shit). But your conclusion based on tylenol is that you've taken a lot and feel fine so its safe? Everyone is constantly preaching about the maximum daily limit and I'm sure it isn't just bullshit.

I've known people that have taken 6+grams of tylenol at a time and they happened to be fine. So is it reasonable for me to advise people that taking 6+grams is alright?

If its not so bad than why is 1+ million results when you search lethal acetaminophen dose on google? IMO, its a fact that its a liver killer. When I was young and naive, I took alot of hydrocodone with APAP and woke up more times that I'd like with a sore, swollen liver. It's your body, do what you want with it, but I know how APAP effects me, and its much better to just get rid of that shit.

Acetaminophen IS awful.

The liquid is actually much worse to extract because of the extra sugars and alcohols used to increase the solubility of acetaminophen so that dosage amounts are efficient. I never found a satisfactory way to safely extract from it.

Around 3k apap has most people feeling sick/barfing imo. I personally never even take 2k, I always do a CWE because even if it won't do much harm to my body I feel negative effects being on that much.

^Actually its atypical to feel ill from acetaminophen at all. They've always championed it over ibuprofen and the other NSAIDS because of its ease on the stomach.

Even if you've taken enough for full-on liver failure, its quite possible to not know anything is wrong until 48-72hrs later. Like no symptoms at all. At which point its impossible to treat, and the only life-saver is a transplant at that point.

Actually its atypical to feel ill from acetaminophen at all. They've always championed it over ibuprofen and the other NSAIDS because of its ease on the stomach.

I've personally never experienced it because I avoid taking much apap, but I've had a lot of friends that ended up puking from it over 3k, they puke on a lot of things and seem to have weak stomachs. Few people I knew took apap in an attempt to commit suicide or just act recklessly while feeling suicidal (really dumb idea for suicide, but I've been there and when you're depressed you often do stupid things) and ended up just puking their guts out and feeling like shit for the next day or so. One of them probably has liver damage and will end up dealing with the consequences when he's older.

It's hard to explain what it feels like exactly, but I usually just feel uncomfortable on 2kish of apap and end up with a headache.

I also think the doc might be switching people to the liquid, not because the pills are harder to get (are you kidding me? vicodin is the easiest pill to get) , but beacuse the liquid is timed release from what I understand.

It's not time released.

It's more likely that he sees it as either less easy to abuse or less easy to divert and sell than tablets.
