[MEGA] Favorite thing to eat when you have the munchies

lol munchies arent that bad somtimes you dont even get munchis n yer there not that bad and if u really dont wanna gain weight u cn still smoke pot u might feel a bit hungry but yer nothing a glass of milk wont solve
 
i find that if i do something else while i'm high i might not even think about food.

i would suggest eating a meal and then smoking after it; you still might get a little hungry, but your body knows you just ate so it shouldn't be that bad.
 
Yeah, go out and do something while smoking. For me, the only time I get munchies is if I smoke inside. Otherwise, I don't even think about food.
 
eat whatever healthy food you would normally eat and just smoke after. i dont like the munchies for different reasons, i get less high

so i always eat first and then smoke and boom...no munchies.
 
+1 on doing something. I love going out and doing some of my favorite exercises like frisbee or racquetball. Takes my mind right off the food and actually encourages me in my goal of weight loss.

Try a nice sativa, or like the others said, eat before hand and do something else. How often do you smoke? If it's once a week or less I wouldn't be to worried about it.
 
or eat something like carrot sticks, i can eat about a thousand of those little fuckers they are delicious and i think they are pretty low in fat.
 
Yeah i've heard all this about pot speeding up your metabolism... I have always had slight belief in it although no one has ever properly explain it to me... i notice when people quit weed they get a bit chubby!
 
yea well apparently if you smoke weed and don't eat you lose weight, don't ask me how but I see it happen all the time.

eat healthily... grapes are great for the munchies or other fruits.
Just don't eat unhealthily. Simple as that
 
i actually lost weight while munching the hell out with huge meals. fortunately, the markets closest to me sucked so i was forced to walk to markets 3 kilometres away and another 3 apart just to get the food i wanted. then after going there and shopping, i had to lug all that food back home so in the end i was always a bit worn down and plenty hungry when i got back. i guess if you live in london there must be plenty of options for markets so just dedicate a few hours every few days to walking to the furthest ones and picking out the best food. be sure to take a nice big backpack and a few extra bags to fill, an mp3 player to keep from boredom, and wear clothes to match the weather.

now that i think about it, i suppose it also helped that what i ate most often at the time was wraps. they're big and filling and aren't many calories because there's not much bread in it, and a lot of the filler is calorie-free lettuce and tomatoes. they're also quick to make and really tasty, especially when you microwave the shell and meat and cheese before adding the lettuce and tomatoes mmmmm i could go for one right now!
