This is a comparison trip report on IVORY WAVE 'Bath Salts' in UK headshops right now
SWIM has taken Ivory Wave twice in the last 2 weeks.
The first packet was 1000mg Blue foil and very much to SWIMS satisfaction, however SWIM was to later find out this product contained MDPV and possibly Flephedrone (SWIM has a friend whos a chemist (lets call him scoob~ not his real name..) ;-) ) MDPV at least is a banned substance in the UK this alarmed SWIM as it was bought as a legal 'Bath Salt' openly in a high street market 'headshop' stall in the south east.
This bath salt after SWIM had taken it (silly SWIM!!) supplied around 40 small doses and kept swim on a mellow but high level for around 2 - 3 hours every 5-10 doses. 25mg approx had a little trouble sleeping but hit the hay by around 5am got a good nights sleep in the end

SWIM is even more alarmed at the Ivory Wave that was supplied to himself and 4 friend and 'so called' FOFs in a 500mg red foil package this time. As the 1000 mg did around 40 small doses SWIM assumed 20 small doses, 25mg approx would be a good place to start. MISTAKE!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
SWIM distributed 100mg to 4 of his friends and FOFs . Each set up 5 doses and proceeded to insufflate 2 each, these after about 20 minutes seemed to have affected everyone except SWIM. One Friend of SWIMS friends decided enough was enough already and gave 3 doses back to SWIM, who then decided to insufflate another 3 split in to 2 doses.
As SWIM finished inhaling the second dose everything hit him at once and he passed out temporarily. Sounds bad? SWIM wishes it was longer!! When SWIM came around his so called friends and FOFs had gone it can only have been 5 minutes or so but everyone had bailed on him (nice eh?)
Anyway as 'Scoob' friend was one of the people that had mysteriously vanished he realised he had no chance of testing this substance so he got up slowly (very slowly) and headed home, only to notice a few hundred yards up the road that he had been moved from where he colapsed and left (on the pavement were 3 baggies of (what can only have been) Ivory Wave and a red Ivory Wave the people that had left him not only dumped him, but left their baggies behind too. SWIM being the glutton for punishment (TOTAL AND UTTER PILLOCK) collected it up and continued his journey home.
As SWIM tried to get his bearings he noticed he was not the only casualty at the roadside in a drainage ditch was 'Scoob', it seems SWIM was not the only one to go OTT (over the top) or indeed the only one to be dumped like litter in the street. (now because the FOFs were just that FOFs they were never seen again)(surprisingly!!) (lucky for them really)
When they got back to SWIMS house they put all the Ivory Wave together and decide to take it VERY easy. After testing results were inconclusive but both SWIM and 'Scoob' were pretty sure they had been taking a mephedrone amphetamine mix which due to sleep deprevation was causing hallucinations and serious paranoia.
SWIM and 'Scoob' have been awake for over 72 hours now on less than half a gram they still ahve 2 doses each left and they wants anyone who DOESNT believe what they are saying to wise up and read the news and watch the television reports THIS STUFF IS DANGEROUS ANYONE WHO CAN READ THIS MUST SPREAD THE WORD
If you do take this please be very careful as swim and his 'Scoob' also are totally appauled by what this has done to them. REMEMBER IVORY WAVE AND OTHER BATH SALTS ARE NOT REPEAT NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION..
SWIM is an 11.5st 6'3" 28 year old man that has tried drugs illegal and legal from Amphetamine to Zopiclone and pretty much everything in between and had never been so scared for his life

LORAZIPAM is they only thing in SWIMs vast collection of 'goodies' to come close to bringing the men down to earth and even then very slightly.
SWIM in no way recommends taking any of the afore mentioned products and chemicals,

Judge, from the other side of the pond, what's up! Ivory Wave is the shit, isn't it? The site I go to has all of the UK, Ireland, and even Original silver pack blends. I think the only difference in the UK/Ire. versions is a lack of lidocaine (do you get numb teeth from the new UK versions?) in the mixture. To me the main chemical in all the Ivory family (including Vanilla Sky) seems to be the same thing, which, from how people describe it, sounds like MDPV.
Tried Ivory's Vanilla Sky sister ship and it was the shizzle for rizzle pass out in a roadside dizzle (how did I get here?). Interestingly, the Vanilla Sky powder was almost uniformly grey as opposed to purple packet Ivory I've seen in the States which is lighter with more of a grey speckling to it. Basically the Vanilla Sky seemed like purple Wave or silver Ultra Ivory Wave times 2 (plus pi)! Secret compulsive masturbator stuff if you know what I mean! (I mean, I don't.) Not to make this too cross talkish Judge, but I've been reading yer posts and I'm glad see I'm not the only Ivory Rave on BL! So good to meet you, let's form a 12 step group for Bath Salt Junkies (the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop bathing).
Seriously, getting back to HR, Ivory Wave is very dangerous. It is gonna be one of those things looked back upon as another fond memory Mandrax of years past, or Dexamyl.
On a more serious note, Fooky, I would be worried about passing out from a stimulant rush. I'm no doctor but aren't you getting close to stroke territory at that point?

Idiosyncratic effects of the Ivory, which let me say that while I haven't tried pure Peevee, I'm sure the combo of lidocaine, drone, and PV adds up to something greater than it's sum parts. I notice you tend to go off on manic typing rants (not like this) while with me I become obsessed with hiding the fact that I'm under the drugs influence to the point where I start to tremble with fear at having to "look sober". Wave is the one drug in which I almost enjoy it in my own company, unless I'm with people I'm totally comfortable acting "cracked out" in front of.
A new thing I've started doing is ordering Recharge and Wave (now Vanilla Sky) and combining them in a 3:1 mixture Recharge/Wave. The Flephy serotonin of the Recharge balances out the kitten killing Dopamine fiend of the Ivory. The draw back to this blend is that the 4-fmc (probable) of the Recharge wears off long before the Ivory Wave, leaving the tusk poacher with a feeling comparable to mild DT's. YMMV, I just do a little refresher bump of Recharge when this occurs.
In case you are surmising, I'm STILL coasting slowly down from a 200mg packet of Vanilla Sky/500mg Recharge.
I don't know, or at least I'd like to think that I won't be ordering anymore of those "Branded Salts" ('eww gross, he got his Bath Salt breath on my 2C Bromo BenzoFury Drone Granules'). Yeah right, the next order is going out as soon as I pay off my card. Even as I am able to branch out to different flavors of RC purity, there is still a place in my heart for the Wave (until I get a PV hookup).
Ivory Wave is my new favorite upper. To describe it's effects for those not in the know: Combine the flames of Richard Pryor's Ether Explosion with some Epsom from the local meth lab, add a handfull of Adderall wrapped in a Daytrana patch, season to taste with a pinch of lidocaine and 'voila', you got a high as pure as Ivory. Holla back House of Lords!

dunno what you lot have got over there but we've got pppl dyeing and kids in hospital from the stuff over here and MDPV is an illegal substance in britain

wh-wh-what? Yeah, the local headshop owner in my town stocked the IW and he refused to reorder it because people were getting all weird and fiendish about it. The first time I tried it I did a small line and called up to the shop and warned the owner that the stuff was a lawsuit waiting to happen. Luckily, it has stayed under the radar of local media. Let me tell you how draconian parts of the US are, when Spice Blends first came out here, the local cops tried to arrest people for "possession of a lookalike substance."
My thing with the Wave is that I love the high but the comedown fries me out. At least it is relatively cheap. But yeah, I think the batches are about the same the world over. There seems to be about 5 batches all together, with the Ireland legal being the latest, from what I can tell.
I wouldn't be surprised if some headshop owners over in the UK get 'made an example' by law enforcement due to some type of forensic lab analysis of the Ivory's contents, if it is found to contain PeeVee. The kids that went to the hospital in Scotland were probably just paranoid and freaked out by the effects of the drug rather than any real danger, though I don't know the details of the story. I do remember possibly reading about a death, though, which with this stuff would not surprise me at all.

i personally dont think the red packs over here have any MDPV in em tastes feels and fucks ya head more like a mix of mephadrone, ket and BZP.

The blue deffo MDPV but we cant get it anymore not in england anyhow... 8( you still get party pills over there?

Yeah, we get all the AM HI CO stuff here easily, the good Diablos, Exotix, etc...The thing is, in many areas of the US, RCs and legals are mostly unheard of. Everyone is worried about Strawberry Meth and Oxycontin.There are some states which have had major sensationalist media exposure regarding Spice blends and Bath Salts, but they are relatively few for how fast the momentum is gaining. Personally, I love the legal highs and pretty much live a synthetic existence these days. Part of the reason for that is having to deal with drug testing (long story), but mostly it is because the novelty of the new buzzes, their true euphoria, and the cash and carry convenience of being able to stop n cop at the Stop N Go. I don't do drugs, I mistakenly consume non-edible items. Just a quark of mine. One thing that worries me is that it is by the day becoming easier to access RC vendors, which I fear will inevitably lead to (in the States) DEA executing operation Web Drone or whatever. Haven't tried the red pack but I wonder if it is the Ocean Wave (or is it Lunar Wave) blend with a different sticker. There seemed to be a weaker, slightly different batch called I think Lunar Wave that was sold in a red pack. If you look closely at the foils, the label seems to just be a sticker that is manually slapped on there. The red pack Ivory could be the Lunar Wave batch with an Ivory Sticker.
