As for me, I'd say 4-aco-dmt, though I'm looking forward to DPT and 4-ho-mipt soon.
 
doesnt weed count?, eat enough and ya trip ya nuts off, im voting for weed lol... mushies were my fav real trip aid and found visuals better than l.s.d

Mescaline, I did synthetic - the first phase of the experience was even more heart-opening than MDMA, it all poured out of me and I had a sort of holotropic rebirth after which I became extremely sentimental. Playing the piano put my soul at ease, but I still shed many tears for my little niece who suddenly passed away at 3 and for feeling like I wanted to be a better brother even though I don't really have anything to be so sorry about. Shit was deep.

After that I went upstairs and laid on bed, surges of ego dissolution swept over me and gave me brief flashes of OBEs that increased in frequency and intensity until I was really in a special state.
There were no visuals to speak of other than an utter realness and transparency to everything and a feeling of being in a state of consciousness more natural and native than I ever, sober or under influence, remember being in.

Mescaline is a blessing and it completely lived up to my expectations, apart from the absence of visuals. Funny, I have tripped many times finding the visuals and eye candy a huge attraction and a very important part but when it all comes down to it there are experiences much more important to something as superficial as sensory effects.
 
LSD. Best effects, with little to no negative effects. Excellent duration, low price, great visuals.
 
sounds like i needa get into the 2C's. is the internet the primary marketplace for such
 
LSD with Mescaline a close second.

They both give a clear-minded, knowledge seeking high, with unswaying confidence.

Totally. My best trips are devoid of sensory stuff (such as visuals).

Top spot is so hard to choose. I've never had synthetic mescaline but alcohol cactus extract is up there, as is 2C-T-2, as is LSD, as is 4-AcO-DMT, as is mushrooms, etc.

There's too many confounding factors in a trip to chalk it up to the chemical.

I just can't choose, if I were to throw something out there it would be Mescaline or 2C-T-2, but I haven't had synthetic mescaline yet.
 
Why pick; different tools for different situations, different journeys for different (and sometimes the same) destinations.

LSD suits me personally, and I feel it is the one that is closest to my personality, but that is subjective.

Very well said. While my only first-hand experience with psychedelics and dissociatives, in order, is: Ketamine, 4-AcO-DMT and 2C-E - I found each was great in it's own way, with it's own uses. But maybe I've just been spoiled by some great psychedelics - and maybe I'll have favourites in a few years time.
 
This may have been mentioned already, but why isn't cannabis included? I'm assuming maybe because it has its own forum but it is most certainly a powerful psychedelic in high oral doses.

LSD kills all others in intensity. It is the only substance I can honestly say I had a ++++ with. The trip is easier to control and lock on to a good vibe with, and the visuals are to die for, though I haven't tried mescaline yet. I also enjoy the lack of any negative bodily effects.

Mushrooms I have to give props to for the afterglow. Even when I have "bad" trips on them, I always come out happy I did it and feel at ease for weeks afterwards.

The spirit molecule is fantastic as well, but its duration is disappointing IMO.
 
I voted LSD long ago, before having much experience beyond the classic 3 (LSD, psilocin, mescaline). If I had to pick a single favorite now, it would probably be 4-AcO-DMT.
