Nervous before a pick-up

Haha yea, dope dealer time. It's like drug dealers operate on a different time, just take what they say, multiply by 5 and then go meet them.
 
Shit reading Lacey's post puts things in place. Never had to cop in a hot place, and I don't plan to.

And the coke dealers, no way I could deal with that shit, I don't mind going inside, but that sounds too risky.

I hate when the dealer invites themselves to your weed, I had one who would pinch all my baggies and roll a joint when it was a lot.

what if your going to buy "cop" benzo's, your screwed then,

i wish i had benzos it would make alot of things easier, like getting a job, and shit
 
I don't "cop" on the streets, so it really has never been a problem.

If I'm buying in cars and it is a quick thing I usually get sketched out because it looks so weird to outsiders I'm sure. I usually do all this shit indoors with people I trust nowadays.
 
all you guys who get nervous and deal with it by getting high before copping are crazy. If you should happen to get fucked with the last thing you want is to be high, except maybe a reasonable benzo dose. Anything else is pretty easy to spot, and theyll be lookin.

I usually dont get nervous unless i have to post in a shady spot and see the cops cruisin. The WORST i had was when my guy sent me to a shady neighborhood and i had been waiting for way longer than normal for him, like an hour, and a patrol car comes rollin down the block. I had my foil and straws out on the floor and shit cuz i was sick and my guy usually shows up after around half an hour. He drives past me, and i start shovin my shit out of sight and he flips around and starts coming back and i start gettin real nervous, and then he pulls up right behind me and parks.

When he pulled up behind me i got so scared my face went numb it was fucked up. Turns out the house i was waiting in front of had some domestic disturbance going on and this guys wife had called the police on him. The relief i felt when i realized what was going on was unbelievable.

That was one of those "Im never doing this again" mornings.

Strong disagree.

Easy to spot? Not unless you're new to everything. Unless you're so high you're nodding, slightly smaller pupils are not going to be any kind of giveaway. If you smoked weed, as long as your eyes aren't bloodshot and glossy and there's no smell, then there shouldn't be a problem. I take adderall once in a while and there's never a problem with that.

If you're so high that you're some how not in control of your actions then I would agree with you, but if you get high before everything else then getting high before going to get drugs only makes sense.

Canada is too awsome for copping drugs

And Canada being a friendly nation, it reduces that anxiety before meeting a dealer.


.... Copping in Europe is a toooootallly different story though :-S you actually have to be careful there and things are generally more sketch for some reason

Can you elaborate more? I've never left the US before. :|

It's more sketchy with the police or with the dealers?
 
I'm never nervous during a pick-up, most of the time I'll just hit up some of my buddies and buy it there. Or I'll just cruise around or walk out and hang with my younger buds and just have them phone up there guys. Nothing sketchy at all in my book.

I find the dealers no where near as friendly as Canada . Like here I can actually have a conversation with a dealer and not really feel threatened or intimidated . But in Europe , I find dealers aren't as open and friendly as here . But that goes for everything . Canada is generally more frindly than Europe .

And cops in Canada don't seem to try looking for drugs and are suprisingly pretty chill (dealt with them multiple times in EU and Canada), when in Europe I find they are more conservative with drugs (not generalizing Europe , but in alot of countries there this applies I guess.

But man , ur in the USA and I've only been pulled over there once in Georgia (with my family on a holiday) and that was the only time I ever dealt with a cop.
He smelt of bacon me thinks ;-P lmao
 
the most nervous I get is when I have to call in my klonopin script a couple days too early and I'm waiting in line at the pharmacy thinking of the hell I'll have to go through if the pharmacist decides not to give me my refill. I don't have insurance so technically I can call in a little earlier than people who have insurance as long as I pay cash. It really all depends on the pharmacist.

other than that, I get a little nervous sometimes when I'm buying a bunch of schedule II pills in some random parking lot at 3am, but not too bad.. I was probably more nervous when I was sixteen and too stoned, driving away from my dealers house with a quarter ounce of weed in my pocket.

never dealt with buying H which I think would push my nerves to the limit if I had to score on the street. I was always very nervous when I used to occasionally buy coke, then the coke would just make me more nervous so that phase didn't last too long.
 
Never really used to before i got arrested for possession, now i think a bit more rationally, but you just have to do it smartly, a lot of the time im in a car, park somewhere discrete on a car park or the guy i get it from is in a car so i hope in the car, he drives around for a few minutes, drops me back off, looks less conspicuos then. However now at my local, we talk about drugs openly, especially with a fair few of the older lot as they have all been there before, and sometimes we even sort them some stuff out, but a few talk about drugs a little bit too openly, and a few weeks ago going into the toilet after picking up some flake, my mate noticed baby oil all over the back of the toilet seat and toilet lid, the head bar woman had heard us and gas apparently contacted the police to let them know dealing may be going on and to check for people going to cars. Then with the club being down a cul-de-sac going onto a small hospital car park its easy for police, so because of this im a lot more warry now.
 
Unless it's a new dealer I'm generally pretty sweet when picking up. I have no reason to be afraid and if the pick up is short it can be sorted. But with new dealers it's harder, I would be more worried as a dealer as I have heard some real bad stories of people stealing from dealers etc.
 
Rarely nervous...I'm mostly just annoyed or PISSED THE FUCK OFF because they always bullshit me. "Yeauh yeauh...I can be there in 15 minutes." One hour later, "Aww man bad, I had to make a couple stops first." Why didn't you tell me that to begin with, asshole?! But all that anger suddenly disappears when I see them roll up. =)
