If you live in the UK there are many needle exchange programmes available free of charge and totally anonymous. You do not give any information that would identify you. My local needle exchange does loads of stuff, I can't remember everything off the top of my head but I know what I've got from them:
- Single use 1ml syringes
- ampoules of sterile water
- spoons for dissolving / cooking your drug of choice
- anti septic swabs for cleaning injecting site
- a 'sharps bin' for all your used needles, spoons etc
- information about safer injecting
- BBV testing
- trained staff to check you over
- general advice and support
see
http://www.lifeline.org.uk/ to find details of your nearest service.
If you don't want to go to a needle exchange in person
Otherwise consider the following:

Or just do a search for medical supplies.
There's enough info out there for you to be safe when injecting.

Read this before you inject / even consider injecting...
