Rolling with an e-virgin - necessities??

Hello,

It's been a long time since I have been here! A few years at least!

Anyway, I am 32 and roll about once a year. I picked up some molly (supposedly - we'll see) and will be rolling on Tues night with a friend of mine who has never rolled before. She has done acid, shrooms, etc...but never E so should be fun.

You guys mind giving me a checklist of what to buy before Tuesday night? We are rollin at home (I won't roll anywhere else). I have glowsticks, vicks, water, gum,music...

I am looking to really blow her mind with the experience. Any suggestions what I could do to enhance her time?.

ketamine go's great with mdma. i'm sure she would appreciate a strobe light or something of that sort as well. do you have a handheld massager? those can be pretty cool. magnesium is good to have around to stop the jaw clenches. fruit can also be great(watermelon/blueberries are awesome).

when i'm on mdma i really like my K, my weed, my gum, my cigarettes, and my gatorade.

Pick songs with a lot of bass for sure, my first roll wasn't even good because i didn't have any good music. Find some MSTRKRFT or Infected Mushroom songs, its pretty much a necessity. Laser lights are also very awesome so your on the right track.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Probably my favorite thing to do while rolling is to stare at animations or whatever on a computer monitor. I drape my head with a towel so it's darker...much more surreal.

Thanks so much for that bible of tricks and such. Little too much reading for my taste but I will pick and choose :)

Light show for sure. :) the person giving it doesn't even have to be good, just average and it'll blow her mind. I suggest giving a massage wile getting a lightshow. Makes for a great experience. Also get her some 5htp. Costco sells a bottle of 150 100mg tabs for like 20 bucks. That's always great for the few days after rolling. Other than that just need a fun environment.

By itself its a pretty serious dissociative. It makes you laugh an just feel great in lower doses. In higher doses it tells you the meaning of life and gives you many other revelations, but you forget them by the time you come down.

on MDMA it's just to hard to describe. It's really another world filled with nothing but awesomeness.

Biggest necessity is to make sure she hasn't done too much and she is at a comfortable place. I gave a lightshow to a lady who was rolling for the first time and she was way too fucked up. Her boyfriend was behind her giving her a massage and right when I started the show her jaw began to go CRAZY and I saw her eyes go into the back of her head! I got her attention and then just did a really slow show and liquid to calm her down a bit. She still almost fell into me because she was leaning towards the lights. I seriously thought she was going to have a seizure right there. After the lightshow she hugged me and asked if I knew where she could get more pills! I said no cuz I didn't, but what I was thinking was 'shit lady you don't need anymore pills, you need to go somewhere, sit down, relax, and drink some fucking water.' Necessity is my opinion is just keep her safe.
 
I agree with you about safety and comfort, that's why we are doing it at her place. I don't roll every outside of a home simply for the safety of it all.
