What about the other 98 jillion (unscheduled benzos, besides phenazepam)?

I don't claim special chemistry, pharmacology, or international trade expertise.

But I can google and find vendors for RCs as goodly as the next guy. So I got ta wondering:

Why is there so much phenazepam out there but so little (just to give a few examples of hundreds, nay thousands):

premazepam, meclonzapeam, flubromazolam, rilmazafone, flutazolam, cinolazepam, fosazepam, carburazepam....

Maybe a couple of these are unpleasant (like olanzapine, or antagonists like flumazenil or partial-antagonists). But still. Is it simply that the Russians and Chinese already have the capital ivestment in place to continue manufacture for export to American market?

WHY CAN'T I HAVE THESE? I WANT THEM DAMNIT

I think if we narrowed down ones that would have the best potential, they could become available quite easily... We need the pharmacology experts in here... Would you like me to move this to ADD?

I really enjoy phenazepam, but would greatly enjoy a benzo of equal utility with a shorter half-life...

never know, some could be like temazzies or other supposed 'europhic benzos' probably definatly some good ones in there.

That's a really good point. I've often thought about how there are literally thousands of benzo's out there, but only a few that are used relatively often. I'd really like to dig deeper into this.

If I could find a good euphoric benzo, I'd probably be set. Fact is, I've never really found one. Even in high doses benzo's like valium, xanax, and klonopin have no real euphoria associated with them (for me) and if I do get a little mood lift, it's short lived, like maybe 15 minutes or so. I had the chance to grab some mirtazepam once, I was really drunk so I scooped up like 5. Needless to say, after taking two I was pretty blacked out. The next morning I had the rest of 'em, still no euphoria though. :(

Phenazepam is pretty much all but non usable from what I understand....I mean a 3 day high that is either black out central or just a mild benzo action with a severe possibility for rapid dependence. This doesn't seem to help anyone except someone with the will power to just dose a small amount and go 3 days with baseline effects instead of the more likely and taking an overdose resulting in 3 or more days of blackout hell.

I think moving to ADD might help.
I would narrow it down to meclonazepam and premazepam just from others' subjective reports.

i've only had ativan and xanax. ativan i felt nothing. xanax is the shit. all your problems go away. and then drink some beer and don't remember a thing after you wake up. (bad idea, i know)

That's not how it works at all. The effects don't last three days unless you take a ton. The half-life of diazepam's active metabolites is up to 200 hours, but you're not going to be feeling strong effects from the drug for that long...

I suppose phenazepam is just bought from pahrmaceutical company that manufatcuret it legally and for medicine. Actually phenazepam in russia is not strictly controlled and i think if you will have demand you can buy kilogramm or like that. Keep in mind that benzos are more difficult to synthesize than PEAs and tryptamines.

What is mirtazepam?

@OP: olanzapine is not a benzo. Not pharmacologically.

There's a speculative roll-call type benzodiazepine thread around here somewhere. The ones I posted are all available (even if they've never been ingested). Where's that thread at . . .

Ehh... Not really.

Mostly because they're highly addictive drugs that can have very negative consequences if abused. It's like opioid analogues, making and selling them just attracts LE attention like crazy.

But why just phenazepam? Why aren't there premazepam vendors too (that I can find)? Of course, you can special order sysnthesis of kg but then it's a whole different ball game. Maybe it's just that Phenazepam is the only unscheduled benzo being manufactured in large quantities for use in Russia or China and then diverted to the USA?

1. Synthesis is easy and cheap
2. Long half life makes it unlikely to be a drug of abuse

Similar to the reason why phenibut has never been scheduled... If it lasted maybe 6 hours it would probably be abusable, but at that duration it's not useful for a lot.

I think that he has it confused with mirtazapine, which is not a benzo. Its strong antihistaminic properties could have caused him to pass out like one, though.

There are vendors with medazepam, phenazepam and sulazepam if you look hard enough. Ive not tried sulazepam but it's got the same active metabolites as medazepam(desmethyldiazepam & diazepam) and I quite enjoy that.

Are you talking about these buhy/sell lead places from China where you ask for pretty much anything and someone will email you back saying "I hope to establish a business relatonsip with you... Jiansu Chem, Jiansu Province. PR China"?

I'd like to see some triazolo variants.

Many I was scripted some Prosom (estazolam), and that shit is virtually as strong as halcion, yet you remain conscious. Its one of most powerful benzo ive come encountered. I was scripted temazepam, but i thought it sucked. Triazolo or go home.....

Ok, as a nuke says we have some vendors who did introduce phenazepam to the market because he had some kind of understanding of what consequences may have selling trizolobenzodiazepines(for example). Phenazepam is really not fun drug - it can only be used for the purposes it was done - for tranquilising.
