HELP EMERGENCY! Amphetamine + Adrenal Suppression/Addisons Disease

Hi

I'll soon be using 'phet' again after not using it since 04', but since then I've been diagnosed with Adrenal Supression (Might be Addisons Disease) which means my body doesn't make cortisol I have to take Hydrocortisone tablets to replace my cortisol.

Now stimulants release cortisol, when I was taking ephedrine at Uni' to keep me going I was taking an extra 10mg - 15mg Hydrocortisone on top of my daily dose to keep me basically alive, but that dose was just a guess.

Now amphetamine releases alot more cortisol then ephedrine. How much more? I need to know so when I have some I can estimate my doseage.

If I don't get an answer I'm not gonna take it!

I dont have an answer for you, but let me be the asshole on this one and say:

You have over 3000 posts here man...you know that this question isn't an "EMERGENCY". You yourself stated that if you don't get an answer, you aren't going to take the amphetamines (which is smart). So its not as though you've already taken them and quickly need to know if you need to get yourself to a hospital due to the combination.

Im sure someone will come along and have an answer for you, but Ive noticed that people tend to get annoyed when they read "HELP EMERGENCY", and it turns out to be far from an emergency.-DG

Hi daddysgone, I totally understand what you're saying but this is about the 4th time I've asked this question and I decided to put 'EMERGENCY' to see if I'd get answer as I really want to know so I can use amphetamine type drugs and cathinone type drugs etc.

I'm thinking about guessing, when I was taking 20mg of ephedrine at Uni' I was taking an extra 10-15mg of Hydrocortisone to boost my Cortisol levels.

Does anyone know how much weaker ephedrine is compared to amphetamine? That at least would give me a good chance of guessing if I couldn't get a definate answer.

Confused!?!? Can you explain them in laymens?

it's the amount of cortisol found in the blood (?) following amphetamine administration. the total amount of cortisol released is the integral of the amphetamine curve over the placebo curve.

i'd try to calculate it, but i don't have a decent calculator at hand. so i'll just give a rough guesstimate of about 45-50mg cortisol total for one dose of 0.3mg iv. don't do anything stupid without getting a value you can trust.
