Ok, just some clarity here;
Oxycodone, as someone suggested, is ONLY EVER allowed 2 prescriptions, (wich is ultimately 30days worth - 40 tabs) , ok, now lets say like me, you are used to oxycontin-CR (Controlled...Not slow....) AND, i went to these, by choice because I am in pain, have been now for ages for a shoulder dislocation, and, have tried them all...and, now, i have kinda worked out the ups and downs, it goes like this... The MG level, is what your body wants, and, endone is , usually 5-10mg tabs, full of Talcum powder and, some sweetener and, other lovely binding agents...BUT, if you want to shoot them, you do NOT need any micron filters etc.... You just, drop one endone at a time into the spoon, now, you add say 60ml to one tab, hopefully you get decent amounts... like, it is kind of NOT WORTH it, but, here is howto anyhow, just add heat first, it will slowly start to dissolve, dont let the heat off... just let it dissolve..this is incidentally, how i do oxys, and, it is much nicer, it just makes sure the shit stays at the bottom and, i know with endone, i got a clean, clear hit, this is not same as say,,percoset... however, if you look into the ways of shooting oxycontin, you may just discover, howto make endone, and, other tabs abit sstronger
Wich then, makes them worth using.... and, IV ing with alittle bit of 'cough medicine' like benadryl , (LOOK IT UP), itll increase the mass by double, so your 40mg would feel and hit ya like an 80-100...this is prooven, and, it also will work on ms-contin especially, if you uise the right acid **** , it is an additive to many many cough mixtures, however, one drop will increase the potency of about anything...look around online about it, and, i guess when compared to febntanyl etc, you wont feel CRAP shooting even 6 endone really... unless, ya maybe tried a 10mg + benadryl, wich, id look into it first, maybe, someone smarter than me, could show us... because... i dont want to stick my foot in it, coz, everyone should KNOW THEYRE OWN DOSE, and, for me, oxys just come in handy when i shoot my herooin...or, if im hangin, and, i mix it with cough mix... thats only time ill waste veins for the shit...but, i advise to grab 40mg oxycontin, and, being endone, and, as you said and someone else mentioned, oxycodone, is almost always, given after hopital, especially endone, becaue it as anti-iv apparently... (I did not see that junk mentioned...i guess i just use things the right way, and research them ALOT beforehand, so, i suggest looking into, how people in USA get one Percoset wich is 5mg MAX of Oxycodone, to equal a damaging effect of heroin 
look into it, making analgesics stronger by using cough mixtures and tabs, is old....and, for ya bowels, try a drug called 'colese/colofac' ,it is like 20bux prescribed but, i also have suffered abit and, this seems to help, and, ive tried everything there is for bowels... this is just the only one...and, for constipation thats part of parcel buddy, i usually take those days OFF and let body make it back abit... lol... thats kinda a good idea to... coz, from sounds of it, you are seeking some drug like Bupenorphine etc...again, lookup how to evade binders and, moreso, how to strebngthen pills wich have oxycodone in them, using agents wich, are meant to keep ya awake..or so they say in benadryl ;p lol... thats NO joke..people are bumping it up, and, ive tried...and, it works...thats ONLY reason i hit a 5mg endone...just to get it to mix with the mixture i premade...and, that worked fione..but, dont bother without knowing that, and, really, you should try getting off these... i have somuch damn aches and pain from them...and, wether shooting or rectal or what, tyes rectally, is about close as ya get, unless you smoke heroin maybe...but, with pills i dont think smoking is even apart of that...so, i suggest, anything under 40mg, avoid IV'ing, until you atleast, know how to make the hit strionger...and, my bro was pack attacked like you.... and, i also think AUS is the shittest place, to try get help, i mean, the doctor you have, is weird, mine, just administered wtf i wanted to try, coz, he should have a lisence for ya, wich kinda allows it..... i dunno why they arent giving you even 20mg oxy,w wich are great, especially when you get OxyNorm, wich is fast release...however, i did put myself onto -CR release tabs, purely for less binder,well,different binder.... actually..one wich reacts with the mixture i make..and, no i will never say howto, americans have for me on google ... goodluck mate.
