Aloe gel gives temporary relief, but it looks worse in the photo because it's contrasted so heavily against my uber-pale skin. Went bike riding yesterday (40kms! Started off just going to the train station but ended up riding all the way home) and neglected to use sunscreen, won't happen again believe you me.

haha you sound like me, im deathly pale, and when i lived in the extreme heat i never had a chance to tan, i just burned it off. now that i live in a more climbable zone, with nice cloud cover... i start to tan, sort of.

thats a nice ride anyway, im jealous.

a couple bluelighters from oz sent me some timtams when i was in afghanistan, and they are simply divine! i would kill to get my hands on some again. :D
