Are 4FMP and MDAI 5HT2B agonists?

Well, ít's just an assumption, based on binding patterns of 5ht2a receptor. I assume that 5ht2b would require some similar features from it's ligands as 5ht2a.

MDMA and MDAI are similar, and then again not similar. MDAI has no 5ht2a affinity even though MDA does, because MDAI:s amine is in the wrong place, it's too near to the plane of the aromatic circle.

Of 4FMP, I'm not sure at all. Perhaps someone who actually knows something about these things might enlighten this for us.

I'm also looking for information on AMT as i'm currently running on trial with low daily doses of AMT, 5HT2B may become a big issue.

i don't think that you can estimate 5-HT2B binding by using 5-HT2A as reference. after all we have lots of phenethylamines with a lot of activity at 5-HT2A, but very low activity at 5-HT2B.
there's even evidence that suggests that 5-HT2B agonism is necessary for release of 5-HT and DA in mdma.

Interesting, id like to get more feedback on this.

Is it possible to test for any heart valve damage developping? As i'm experimenting with MDAI in low daily doses that may be an issue.

Well the Soviets didn't highlight any heart irregularities (valve problrms or cardiomyopathy) after years of clinical uase of AMT. Not a clue about the others though

Thx! Yeah i was also thinking that AMT should be safe since its used for that long as an antidepressant.
