After getting my first shot of vivitrol I went out to eat with father and grandmother. After I was done eating i used the bathroom. As I was taking a piss, I looked on the wall and there was a picture of a beach and there was 4 different parts to the picture. In each part was one sentence and it said,

"Stay Strong, Be Positive, Dont Give in, Dont Give Up" This has stuck in my head and I repeat to myself on the dizaily.
