How rough is your drug scene?

Not rough at all (UK), weed usually comes from asians that drive cars..can be intimidating but i doubt they'd ever do anything.

K comes from a pharmacy assistant in his 20's, K dealers are about as threatening as puppy-dogs, especially when there wonky =D

I e-mail my guy, head to the closest Western Union, mail off my payment and wait 2 days.

I've never met him, but I like to imagine he packs crazy heat and eats extra spicy chicken wings for breakfast.
 
Spoiled white kids selling bunk everything, .75s of weed for 20 bucks. If you want good weed for a decent price you gotta grow it urself here or be friends with someone who does, getting decent coke is impossible, 60 for a half gram of bizarre cuts the 100 middle men decided to throw in. Its not rough at all, but I'd rather it be rough with legit drugs then a bunch of softies ripping people off. I really need to move :\
 
Live in white as fuck suburbia so you can basically only get weed/shrooms from stoner posers.

There is this guy who is like 40 across the street who sells harder drugs but the guy is not fucking around and scares the shit out of me. I've delayed trying harder drugs until I meet someone who won't shoot me.
 
im really lucky where i live, the scene is relatively small, but theres always enough to go around ;) mainly old hippies or rave goers, but always friends, sort me out and its always a little extra or a little cheaper which is nice.
 
Back home-safe as fuck, score top quality dope from my mates, anything else the travellers have in spades.
In the Midlands-either fuckwit students who don't have a clue, so you get shit deals, or dodgy rudeboys, so you get shit deals.
 
The drug scene in Thailand is actually pretty damn civilized. There's little to no violence with dealers or users because no one wants the attention.

However, if you're a low level dealer working for the wrong competition and you get busted with quantity there's a good possibility you might just wind up dead at the hands of the corrupt police.

Also getting caught here with any kind of drugs for dealing is just bad news. You can bribe your way out of low possession but as a foreigner it's dicey as hell.
 
drug scene...

umm, not physically rough, a couple gunpoint jackings over large amounts of coke....but when you bring large amounts of coke into the picture certain things are to be expected.

My real beef is the prices / quantity/ availability.

Imagine you live in kansas (no offense if you do, you still got it better prolly), you look out the window, you can only see 1 other house....the nearest "town" consists of one gas station two restaraunts and a hospital.

If you want drugs you wait for someone you know to get a script and pay whatever insane price they asking...(10$ for a ritalin 20 for example)... Or you drive your white ass 9 hours to detroit and take your chances.

As far as roughness, none, im the crazy one because I own guns...not even carry, just own.

My 'scene' is mostly hipster surfer types, they frown upon opiates and enjoy sniffing lines of expensive cocaine whilst getting drunk.

I do know some 'chav' dealers, but they're more prone to causing/attracting trouble & 99% of the time their stuff is complete & utter rubbish.
 
Everyone I've gotten drugs from have been really nice, even when I go to the not so good part of town....they're still nice. The few times I've gotten ripped off my friend hooked me up a couple days later saying he was all drunk or not doing well or w/e.
 
Where i grew up the scene was pretty old styles with the open air markets, walking down the street all u would hear was "dope" "coke" "rohypnol" and so on but things got real nasty with the coke epidemic and people started stabbing each other over $10 bags. If u werent "hip" to the scene u always got ripped off, i supported my habit for years off people who werent drug savvy. My current base the scene is all about numbers, you need phone numbers to people who deliver drugs otherwise your not getting jack.
 
Other than ordering the occasional online treat and whatnot, the illegal drug scene that I've been involved with is mostly weed oriented.

When I lived in Cali I bought from all sorts of types: friends with medicinal, college stoner types, home-growers, wannabe thugs that roll around with a couple of zips in the car, random-ass street hustlers, the Humbolt or lake hippy types etc. Basically pretty light.

The drug scenes that some acquaintances of mine (even if we lived together, I don't find these dudes to be friends) were involved with (meth mostly) I hear were much more hardcore but so as to not talk out of my ass about some shit I've never been involved with, I'll let the tweakers tell their tales themselves.

Here, in the largest city in Bulgaria, the weed scene is strange to me since apparently the mafia controls the trade and supposedly they like to rough you up if you fuck with their trade. I've never seen them personally, but it makes sense, since the prices are a bitch and everyone I know is real scared about dealing.(though they might just be pussies, so idk) The only time I've seen any real shady ass dudes here is the guys protecting the mostly tranny whores at night. Sounds like the kind of place to cop dope though, which isn't a scene I even want to be around. [not that i'm into tranny whores or anything ;) I'm a pretty square dude, just keeping to the thread...] I hear the heroin scene is pretty bad, especially since treatment doesn't really exist in this country but again I don't wanna talk out of my ass.

My weed dealers at this point are just slightly paranoid city kids who to sell out of fronts or do deliveries.
 
I think it is hrad to answer this. if it is someplace your not used to then it seems rougher to you than it is to the people who have lived there whole lives there. I am sure the people from around here would think the drug scence in Lawrence is tough. I did when I first started going around there but once I got used to it I knew there were area's that were a lot worse and I bet I would think the same about those area's once I was used to them.

I do live in richmond va though and if you're desperate enough there's a lot of rougher places you can go to cop. I rarely do this because it's easy to get robbed or ripped off. A girl my friends know got murdered a couple weeks ago for getting involved with the wrong people.

yeah richmond's a wierd scene... though a decent one

Everythings pretty laid back and chill around the river and vcu with all the students dealing and such. Then you got the projects which can be pretty bad. Where theres usually some crime commited every day usually robberies and burgurlarys. Though i mostly think is just a matter of knowing which areas to go in and not. Most dealers ive encountered in these areas just want your returned buisness and will look out for you when your in the hood. Broad St. has gotten kinda nasty lately though a couple of guys tried to jump/rob me the other week walking home at night, a dude got stabbed to death on 4th street the other day (drug deal or drug related i've heard), and another robbery at 2nd the other night.
 
Variation from scene to scene ultimately depends on who you're dealing with(obviously). Around my part in good ol' pistolvania you can pick and choose with whom you ''cop'' drugs from. You could be a hill-billy/redneck who drive around in their diesel trucks runnin' pills and weed or you could be a gang member dealing with more of the crack/heroin scene.

I deal with every type of scene, it all depends on what chemical you're after. The ''scene'' here is straight-forward, like any other place, if you pull some stupid shit you'll either get shot at by a gangster or a redneck.

I always carry my deuce deuce even if I'm going to a friends house, you'll never know when that bitch could come in handy.

They're not being pussies, organised crime is massive in Bulgaria, if you try to cut into their business they will fuck you up.
 
Not too rough in Australia but you gotta watch your back. people will happily roll (mug) you for the smallest of things, like two pills but there's not a load of violence unless someone deserves it.
 
I live in a suburb and the majority of the drug scene is centered around the low-income housing complexes we have here. Everyone's too lazy to be violent.
Except Nelson. He's just a high strung Cuban coke dealer though, nothing unusual.
 
PA, depends where you at and what you looking for but obviously you can and will get hurt if your not careful.
