Smoking weed at a rave

Sup guys. Going to a massive tomorrow. Havent raved it up since around 4/20. This is the first time ill be taking some cannabis, how would I smoke it there? Just smoke it in the open? Not in a open area but i mean like in a room with people dancing than i just stop, toke, put away? I dont want my stash getting taken or something else :(
 
depends on if its at a club or not usually if its not the security wont trip if they find anthing on u
 
what do you mean by "rave"?

in any case, security or no, i wouldn't do drugs in public if you can avoid it.
i'd say get yourself a "bud bomb" ie a pipe with an enclosed bowl that can hang on a string around your neck. these can range in price depending on how quality you want it, but no more than a few bucks will get you one that'll do the job.
the advantage is, you pop into the toilets, duck into a tent or even crouch on a busy dancefloor, whip it out, put a flame to the hole (holding the pipe at any angle, preferably down) then put the pipe back under your t-shirt before you even exhale. even if security come looking for the dude with the joint, you can be long gone, or well into your stride on the dancefloor

stay safe

and keep your main stash duck taped to your inner thigh/between your toes/safety pinned to the inside lining of underwear if your really on it. you can never be too careful cause you'll kick yourself on the one day youre not and you meet p.c plod and his searching fingers.
 
Is the bowl not popping up but rather it keeps straight, so you stuff the cannabis? I have a little pipe on my key chain but it looks like a tool or bolt for a plummer. It is like orange and stuff. Looks like something from home depot. I always smell and see people smoking. The event is at a fair grounds. I guess maybe the porta potty works? :P

Is it indoors or out?

If outdoors just dip away somewhere or smoke openly, be hard to catch you.

If there's porta potties you could def blaze in there if you could stand the smell.

I dunno I never tried to smoke in public and not try to get caught. I just walk around outside and smoke and nobody can really say shit to you.
 
Take a joint/blunt with you
That way just looks like a cigarrete
Doing in the dark if inside
If anything you should be more worried that other ravers will be asking you to share, not that security will care hahaha unless it's a really big massive

Have you smoked at a rave before? I smoked a blunt at a rave a few weeks back and it was seriously weird, didn't feel like a good mix to me at all. Crack on if you have before though...
 
I have smoked before on Ex at a rave. Made me feel like i was in a sort of Psychedelic head space and minor visuals. I thought my friend may have dosed me on accident (he said something about acid and his water bottle but the music was bumpin to loud and I drank his water bottle, than found out nothing was in it)


How do you sneak in blunts/joints? :( I dunno if i can ask that. If not, mods can edit.

Once again, i have a mini piece that doesnt look like a piece, just a nut attatched to like a metal thing. My sister didnt know wtf it was and said it just looks like i put my dads plumming tool on a keychain.
 
personally i'd stay away from joints as they take too long to smoke and are blatantly obvious. this is of course situational.
my advice about a bud bomb was because it has a screw on cap with a small hole in the centre to go on top of the bowl. this means you can keep it loaded (ie dont have to pack it in public, gettin your stash out and so on) so it can hang round your neck ready to burn, and also it can be smoked with the bowl pointing down (ie you dont have to position the lighter and bowl in the obvious "im smoking a pipe" position.) more convenient.

my advice here is the safest i can think of, as you clearly expressed concern, and therefore will appear suspicious if your worried about it.
personally a "rave" means a free party or private event which has no corporate sponsorship or control - the likes of which i have performed at throughout my career from london squat, to rotterdam warehouse, to japanese desert island - and in such cases there has been so much blatant unadulterated substance usage that a joint seems extremely well behaved.

judge the situation using your own wits, but just be extra cautious if your unsure, its better to be safe than arrested.
 
invest in a 1 hitter....

or roll some small joints and just walk through the crowds with it....
 
What I always did for the indoor ones was roll party fags, y'know a normal fag with its insides emptied out and replaed with weed, no seurity has eyes that good!
 
^ ah good point - the secret agent, i forgot about those.
preroll them and stick em back in your fag box.
personally i found the filter of a cigarrette unsatisfactory though.
once your in the party either snap the butt off of pinch it out and replace with a roach.
sly as a dog.
 
oh and depending on the venue, they might just take whatever you have.... or they might take it and kick you out....

i watched someone get walked off by security and had $500 worth of molly taken from him.... but they let him go...

water cure your weed.. no terpenes, no smell when burning.

Smoke a cigarette (they will prolly have an area), make sure you rolled weed into a couple, break the filter off, smoke.

or just roll a spliff..

i know someone who saw the bag of confinscated shit at the end of one of those nights....

a gallon sized frezzer bag filled with everything from pipes to an assortment of drugs....
 
If I could sneak and grab what they confiscated, that would be awesome.

They always hire big stupid idiots to be security, I'd still like to pick a fight with one for the hell of it if he pissed me off.
 
jah we love potheads coming to raves, more of em needed, we can exchange substances and become best pals :D share life stories etc.

Of course they keep it themselves, it's about the only perk to a dangerous, low-paid night job. I had three pills taken off me by a bouncer and saw him smashing it on the dancefloor an hour later. If it's outside, I would just roll joints, keep your stash in your shoe. tbh, I'd do the same inside. It's obvious that someone is smoking a joint, but it's pretty hard to tell who.
