I must admit I've never used one in my life. In my defence, in my pill-popping days the only active cut in "Ecstasy" pills was MDA and I don't object to that

I've not taken pills for a few years now - partly cos they got so weak, partly cos they became very unreliable in terms of pipz, but mostly because crystal MDMA became so cheap and widespread. Now that's all gone and as there are essentially no real pills in the UK I go without. In Europe many pills contain enough MDMA to test purple/black but not enough to have any effect - they're mostly speed, pipz, or (very recently) mephedrone/methylone

With the amount of pills in Europe containing piperazines + a tiny amount of MDMA to fool testers they're no longer a reliable way to judge pill content here at all.

I've got a test kit and use it religiously Every single baggie I get is tested. So far I have not found anything bunk but its good to know. It wont catch everything, but the safer I can be the better.

It gets shipped from Amsterdam in a discrete package. Yes it has to go through customs but a test kit is completely legal so they couldn't do anything even if by some chance they opened your package.

On a seperate note....the kits that come form Amsterdam DO have a label "spank products" or something the like. I'm sure that the word spank is in it. I'm not sure it matters to most, but for some it may be an issue.:D

i have the ez test extreme. its a good thing to have now since there is so much garbage around. i'm sure the percentage of ecstasy users who have a test kit on bl is very high compared to ecstasy users in general though.

I have the Mandelin reagent. It has served me well over the past 2 years.. I had thought about getting a full test kit though I feel like it would goto waste as right now I want to cut down on the pills. Right now things seem to be getting worse and I can see myself taking pills alot less. Though it is at times like this when people should be testing their pills so if you do plan on taking them I highly recommend you invest the few $$ in a test kit. It could go to waste or it could save your life one day.

i got the extreme kit. and it works wonders. i mean the first day i got it, i pretty much tested all the pills i could find and funny enough 98% of them where bunk. lol thank goodness i didnt take those. then started testing them out on molly and wow it was just beautiful looking at the results.

I bought an EX Test Xtreme but they never sent it. I don't drop that much so I just buy pills that I've seen test results on PR.

Thankfully they've changed that, at least in my experience. I ordered an EZtest Complete recently (in the past month) and was pleasantly surprised to see that it bore a sticker that said "SPA PRODUCTS" rather than "SPANK PRODUCTS", like it did when I first bought an EZTest Xtreme. It's a lot easier to explain to people that I bought some bath salts from Amsterdam rather than pornography.

I do wonder how many pills are a mix of a small amount of MDMA to fool the testers coupled with whatever cuts would make it feel kind of like a roll.

i guess the real question would be, are the makers really mixing small amounts of mdma to fool us testers; or are they just mixing small amounts to give kids the feeling of rolling so they'll continue buying pills with the least amount of mdma and most profit? are we really that important, or thinking backwards?

If MDMA is anything like any other drug, you can bet your ass dealers (or really, manufacturers) are doing their damndest to make sure as little product is in your pill IF AT ALL so they can make a profit. Even if MDMA itself was dirt cheap, there is always a cheaper compound.

The major difference though is that cocaine and heroin for example are very compulsive sales. When a product is not the best quality, it won't stop people from necessarily buying it if the price is right. The dealer will tend to be able to sell his product and get more if need be.

While with stuff like E, if a dealer gets a bunch of bunk pills and tries to spread them and word of mouth gets that it's terrible, he's going to be at a loss. This is why you see such shit pills at raves. Easy way to get rid of shit product and make his money back.

But it's why out of all the drugs I've taken, E is one of the most adulterated, random things I've ever partaken in. So many different things have been tossed into these things. Constant shifts. Lots of product sold, and lots of stuff not sold. Dealers getting screwed, buyers getting screwed. This kind of shit doesn't go on too long for other drugs if the guy wants to stay in business.

It's what annoys me about ecstasy, we're so damn easy to prey on, and the test kit is really the only weapon we have to ensuring these manufacturers get a clue that we don't want their fucking bullshit. Charge us more per pill if we have to, I'd rather pay a premium than pay at all for stuff that will kill me or make me fucking sick.
