Anyone seen methamphetamine in the UK/Europe?

Anyone come accross meth in the UK yet, seems to be a huge problem in america, and even australia/new zealand and parts of asia, im suprised it hasnt popped up in the UK yet, can it be got here?

I do want to give it a go once, but its just so rare here at the moment.
 
Meth is around in the UK its just not easily available, I've never seen it myself but a few of my friends in London have tried it.
 
This aint a topic that belongs in drug culture, Ima move it to european drug discussion...

One of the guys in last nights documentary said he took it once and that was it, addicted.

Definitely one I want to avoid with my lack of self control.

I do remember reading pill reports a few years ago (2001 ish) and someone called "the gamer" was convinced some of the pills sold as E contained Methamphetamine. Think some were lab tested as positive.

Also some Methamphetamine powder was found in a baggy in a club he frequented.
 
Got offered some awhile ago, but the effects and cost didn't agree with me. But a few friends are starting to fiend for it. It used to be just to go clubbing, now it's creeping into the week..

I've told them where it leads..

I saw a documentary last night about it, yes it was hyped up by the media to look bad but even so it looks like a dangerous drug.

Saying that I would give it a go once if I knew I could never get hold of it again therefore risk of addiction was zero
 
A friend had some several years back, don't know whether in Edinburgh or London. I've never seen it available in Edinburgh. I think you can get it on the gay scene in London tho if you're in the right circles.

I'd try it if it passed my way, though it does look particularly destructive....
 
I've had a batch of Es back in 2007 that contained mostly meth (well according to pillreports at the time). It was weird because instead of the normal empathy of MDMA me and the group I took em with were all acting like absolute cunts to each other all night lol, plus the pain when I snorted one was unbelievable. The buzz was fucking great though.

Told them, shown them the films, shown them every effect it has. But they are like "it'll never happen to me"

Most of them are chaps with the 2.3 children, cash, house, I can see it going downhill VERY quickly. I've told them how it is. And WHAT it does. Do they care? Not why they are high it seems.
 
I personally have never seen or know of anyone thats had meth in this country, but there was a big article on the first page in my local news paper this week titled "CRYSTAL METH LAB UNCOVERED BY POLICE!". It also says "However, the police press office says they have no indications of such a seizure in recent weeks." So I don't know? I haven't heard of anyone having meth around here though, nor has anyone else I've spoke to recently and I'm pretty sure I'd of heard by now if it was actually going about.
 
I've came across it a couple of times, ejoyed it very much but haven't heard of it being about in years. I haven't really looked recently either though so who knows.
 
I've never come across the stuff.

Having said that i spent most of my time in Edinburgh and Sheffield, if it's coming in from eastern europe i would expect the further North you are the less likely you are to come across any.

Personally i'd be extremely wary of the stuff. That's partly because i don't react well to speed so i can't imagine something like speed but stronger doing me much good.
 
Coming in from where in Eastern Europe? Do you mean Poland/ Czech Republic, etc? I am from Bulgaria originally, was there until 3 months ago. Some people in Bulgaria,Serbia & Macedonia are not even sure what it is, the others see it as some kind of a mythical super drug. So I don't think it's coming from the Balkans. We are on a route from the Middle East so most of the things that are smuggled through the country also make it on the streets. I don't see why this would be an exception, though it very well might be.

Yeah, it's definitely not here in Serbia. None of my mates and their mates have ever had it or head of it really.

Tho, some Romanian offered me meth at EXIT this year - it was barely speed, let alone meth.
 
never seen any meth in ireland but have seen speed over the years ~ i think now that the country is in recession and people cant afford coke as much, there will be an uprise in the amount of speed on the streets.

i had some on the weekend but it came from scotland, it was decent enough but nowhere near the same kick in the arse that ya get from a bomb of mephedrone.
 
From what i know, it is being produced by eastern european gangs in UK and more recently in Ireland but sold at extortionate prices comparatively speaking.

And methamphetamine > mephedrone in almost every way
 
Meph all the way over speed....bought legally means for a purer product so you know what your getting.

It would be a close call between 100% pure phet and 100% pure meph though
