Seedy Headies?

Anyone seen any seedy Headies lately? good nugget, great to have a few headie seeds laying around. But the weight you're losing from seeds is annoying.

yes i have seen seeded bud that is good. seeds do nothing to potency, if thats what you are wondering.
 
Nope just wondering if anyone else was getting hit by the seeded headie train. or if it was just my area. seen two different strains.

I haven't ever seen seeded exo around, but yesterday I bought a bag off a different dealer, and it had prob 2-3 seeds in it. Thought it was just really good KB at first, I guess it may have been.
 
Seeds can pop up if the grower bought seeds that have been treated to all turn out females. Occasionally you get a herm from this .
 
If the males pollinate very earyl low can't it basicaly destroy the thc content? ive always thought you have to kill males as soon as you find them. Ive had bomb weed that came with one or two seeds but never full of them.

Not sure if they lose potency, they are just unattractive and full of seeds. Once sexed, all of the females are kept and examined to try to prevent unwanted "hermaphroditism." Unwanted males and all hermaphrodites should be removed (like you said) before they begin to shed pollen in the flowering cycle. The female plants need to be checked for hermaphroditism until harvest. Separation or removal of the Males and Hermaphrodites is essential if you want to avoid unwanted pollination, leading to seeded females.

that was my impression as well.

a herm might have a seed or two, but looks (and smokes) the same as a female. but i've also gotten what must have been buds from entirely male plants, and they were more or less all seeds. what looked like "buds" ending up just being all seeds, and almost un-smokable.

haven't gotten bud like this in a while (although i do occassionally get a seed or two in my heady bags), but when i did that shit was fucking infuriating.
 
^ Early in my smoking career I got a bag of male bud. It's pretty unmistakable, riddled with seeds and the high is terrible, if anything. Although I guess that could be describing shwag, lol.
