INDIANA, Pa. - A woman who worked as an intake supervisor at a western Pennsylvania drug treatment center is jailed on charges she sold $8,600 worth of heroin to an undercover informant.

The state attorney general says 46-year-old Louann Uber, of Indiana, Pa., worked at the Open Door Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Center in her hometown when she allegedly sold the drugs earlier this year. The agency's director did not immediately return calls Friday.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Uber who faces a preliminary hearing July 30.

Authorities say Uber was a mid-level dealer who moved heroin in multiple "brick" quantities. A brick contains 50 single-dose bags of heroin, that each sell for about $25 on the street.

So people auctually buy multiple thousands of dollars worth of H in dimes? even in a bundle/brick of dimes thats so weird.. I'd want grams if I was buying more than $500/$1000 worth..
 
This is really sad but typical in ameican drug treatment centers.

500% mark up when your buying street level in *town but a bag varies in weight & when it comes to pure its a whole different game.

i pay $25 a bag when i can even find any. i only know one person and haven't really looked for more connects. i no that my dude goes to cleveland to cop (90 miles away- i live in NW PA) so i've been thinking about making a trip there as im sure he prolly pays like $5-7 a bag. but ya $25 is standard and ive paid $35 before, a few times. from random people who prolly made ten bux off me. and the dope sucks. its shitty and i need two to nod. i had a good mail-order source months ago but he disappeared.
 
haha just be thankful of your position, once you do 20, 30, 40 bags a day youd be fucked if you was paying that much


Anyways, I bet people who went in to that rehab felt such a wonderful relief when they realized they could get high there....or felt like OH FUCK when they didnt bring money, and COULD get high but they dont :X i think that would be even worse than no dope at all is having it there but not bein able to get it
