I'm new to working out so I want some of your opinions on whether or not you think this is the ACTUAL workout he used or if it's just BS. The reason I'm asking is because he is the same height as me and he's a hardgainer just like me with the same natural weight as me. No matter what I do, I just can't seem to gain a god damn fuckin pound (sorry, I'm pissed.) Right now I'm taking Mass XXX (1960 calories per serving w/milk) every day on top of eating 3 meals a day AND working out.. You know how much weight I've gained? ZERO! I'm still 128 pounds with 7.5% body fat, same as always. Any other advice on top of answering my question is appreciated. Keep in mind I've cut beer and weed completely, though it hasn't made any difference. I'm still smoking cigarettes but no other drugs or anything.

I don't know how much Brad Pitt weighed during that film, but I'd guess more than 128 (like maybe 150?).

Anyway, let's say for the sake of argument that he was about 150 lbs @ 6% body fat.

If you want to get there, from where you are now, then you will have to bulk up to probably at least 170 lbs, and then do a cut.

Bottom line, you gonna have to find some way to gain weight. Simply following his work out, without gaining weight, will get you nowhere.

Well put.

Theres no such thing as a hardgainer, just an undereater. .

I've seen that line quoted way too much ;) There is a such thing as a hardgainer, but you will just have to work harder than other bodytypes to put on weight.

Eat 6 solid meals a day+ whatever protein shakes you want. I'm pretty sure Brad Pitt took some type of steroids to get that shredded while still putting on some weight. He had that big diamond cut on his upper back, which is usually a dead giveaway IMO.

Theres no such thing as a hardgainer, just an undereater. Physique is all in the diet.

So much truth to this statement...I hate when people say they can't gain weight...Get your lazy ass in the squat rack and force feed yourself carbs and protein until you are on the verge of vomiting...all day--everyday....

Getting the physique you desire comes through making bodybuilding and nutrition your lifestyle...no cigarettes, no booze....only squats and steroids =D

Seriously though, learn how to eat and up your intensity at the gym...I'm like an animal in the weightroom...even if I get 3 hours of sleep, I have the same intensity day in and day out....

Brad Pitt's workout for fightclub was on BB.com...just search it on there...he used a lot of smith machine exercises...I also read that he was taking Anavar and Test prop but who knows...

LOL...

So, I googled this "Fight Club Workout"...and as it turns out, he never did any kind of squats or deadlifts, or any other lower body exercises.

What a FAGGOT!

Yeah, I know the dude has probably cornholed Jennifer Anniston and Angelina Jolie, but he was probably fantasizing about Edward Norton the whole time :D

25 push-ups and 5 pull-ups? At 6% bodyfat it should be those numbers should be multiplied by 8-10x....
