If I was on a jury Id say not guilty of jack and shit , possession dont deserve to be a crime. but Id be proud off him too.
 
My Brother was actually on a Grand jury panel (secret) a couple of years ago. In these deals the DA brings up cases he wants to go after, and they'd decide whether or not to proceed with the charges the DA wanted. There were several of the same deals (Possession with intent) Deaf Eye was talking about his bro's jury. My Bro was also a holdout on the intent cases (when it was a possible possession only). Lately allot of the laws have been changed so that they can avoid this, meaning over a certain amount is automatic intent to distribute. Sucks in my opinion! We're becoming more and more of a Police State in trying to deal with the uttery disasterous failure we call the "War on Drugs".

Today man it is just Lynn to me. I need to get some sort of kit to just test the potency of the dope im getting from this city. It cant be much more than a pinch honestly! Do they sell such kits?

Today i made 3 calls to 3 different guys just to try to pin down something decent. I got one connect out of Peabody that delivers and for years had great stuff but now is more middle of the road. I split a gram with my girl and got my bro off e right quick but didn't really catch the high i should. I'm sitting at my boys house so he and i say fuck it lets try this other guy who is out of Lawrence but now lives in Lynn. He does delivery but i guess he was moving or something so he just no showed then called 4 hours later saying he was gonna be there in 20...told him to forget it.

Finally decide to make one last call and go through the whole spiel of how the last batch of shit i got off this guy was crap and this was gonna be the last time i ever call. So after playing the waiting game. You know the game... ask how long and you get 30 mins and an hour later hes still 20 mins away. So i grab about .3 off this guy and we toss it in the spoon. No word of a lie looks like some one went swimming at the beach there was so much weird shit in the spoon. Let that plunger fly and feel...nothing. Not fake but honestly the worst dope i have ever seen in my damn life. Promptly erased that number from my phone.

So heres the kicker after all this shit i get home and i got an email from my boy saying hes got his hands on some china white. Im gonna get some of that tomorrow and see what there is to see!
 
Picked up halfpiece 40's in Lynn for a while.... dumb raw fire. This was 4-5 years ago though, and from what I hear it's not that common.

Also, I'm 14 days clean today!!! GGO ME!!
 
So weird. So close to NYC/NJ, yet so far.. I am talking about CT/MA and the rest of New England. All this talk about half piece 40's and .3's. I am not inquiring about pricing obviously, but it seems like things are fucked up up there. Isn't Lynn and Lawrence close to Boston? And I thought Lowell was like a real good dope town. I seen a documentary on it about crack a while a go, pretty good one. Don't they package in glassines in Boston? Why is it all this weird weight and pricing? When you deal with that shit, you are bound to get ripped off because people can start making their own weights and prices up. I like to know what I am getting every time for the same price. And the quality yo guys talk about it, it sounds disgusting. I thought Boston would have a decent scene, why don't you ever check out there for all you MA dudes? Unless it sucks, but how much more could it suck then Lynn or Lawrence.

i heard even the hoods in boston is pretty weak, from ppl ive talked to that lived there and had stayed in jerz too. If i was unlucky enough to be up in new england, which should IMO jus be a part of canada like anything else north of NJ on the east coast, id just take the trip to jerz once in a while n stock up instead of wastin time on all that crazy ish. i hear u alteknj, i kno there been some messin around lately in jerz and a lil drough, but i bet in our drought we still got more easier access to dope than all them does on the regular. It seems like shit outside NJ is just mad inconsistent, idk how else to put it but it sjust the impression i get from ppl on here who is from these areas outher than NJ , it is their words that i am makin my opinion on, not just made up shit in my head u feel me

I know Boston is a big Italian mafia and Irish mob city, they got turf wars over there and shit and are constantly dealing with organized crime. Big wars in the 80's and early 90's. They are still looking for the top Irish mafia boss now in 2009, he fled Boston in the late 90's/early 2000's and has been on the run. I think he's on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List for a while. So lots of organized crime up there ya know; gambling, extortion, murder, loansharking, etc.. and this dude ran drugs for a while in the 80's. Coke and weed only though. They used to beat the shit out of the dealers that were selling H on the streets. They said it destroyed communities and shit and they are all about community with that mafia mentality. But cocaine and weed are ok to traffick. Haven't heard anything about it in a while, but this was only 10 years ago+. I wouldn't wanna be selling dope on my corner or in my hood knowing I'm gonna get killed for it by the mafia. Maybe shit is changing now. I am sure it is. But Boston is pretty corrupt and the Irish and Italians are always fighting over turfs and deals.

Mass is all fucked up. Everytime ive been down to NYC or jersey it blows the shit i have to deal with up here out of the water hands down. If i had a steady source in jersey id be all over it but being from north of boston i dont deal with open air markets at all. The vast majority of guys up here are just counting on the weekend chippers to do their shit once you get any sort of a habit you dont even bother. I havent had a nod off this one guys shit in over a year its basically there just to make me not sick for 8 or so hours. I have actually been on subos for the last 4 days as the shit here is such a waste of money.

Inconsistent isn't even the word for it.

Heres an example if i got about <snip>. I could be getting anywhere from 2 "half grams" that are more likely two double bagged .3 bags to 4 "fourties" to a "gram" thats in all reality about .8. I might have <snip> left over depending on what im gettin and where. The quality is all over the map. You dont know what your getting from what guy on a day to day basis. Most likely constantly crap. Serious garbage with every once in a while a nice blast of some solid nod powder but there is no marketing a brand here. We dont get stamp baggies so we never know who has good shit except half assed word of mouth.

There are no bundles/bricks ect to be had around here.

I love Boston, but the fact is it's just not a dope town. It's a coke/crack city. You can get it if you look hard enough, but a lot of the time it does come oddly packaged(in relation to the rest of the northeast.) A lot of the time you'll have to buy in half g's or g's. I've even seen shit packaged in balloons(west coast style.) It's fucked up, and I would agree that the quality on average is on the low end.
If you want to hit up a dope town in New England go to Hartford. Hartford's been a dope city for a while now. There's nothing else to do, socially. If you search and find the right sources you can find average to above average bags. It's sold in glassines, that then have a heat sealed plastic cover on them.
 
hey everyone so i have a random question- if this is in the wrong spot let me know- don't want to step on any toes.

Anyway i got a couple bricks of shitty stuff- you know that real chemical powder that burns and has that classic "i got beat" smell. now there's a chance theres some dope in there and i don't want to toss it without trying it out. i'm a sniffer and i've never iv'd so i don't want to start on this crap but what about smoking it? i don't want to snort it with all that nasty cut. i'm out of options and money at the moment so i'm hoping someone will have an idea before i start with the wd's.
also, does anyone have a guess as to what this might be cut with? i appreciate any input!! be safe everyone!

Atlanta Heroin

I decided to start an Atlanta thread because a city of it's size should have it's own thread. There seems to be a good supply of quality H on the streets recently and I thought the people in the Atlanta area might wanna discuss it.
 
Smokin is even more of a waste than sniffing is. if you got a whole brick why not put some in water, get one of those cheap home drug tests and then put the dope water in there, if its real then it will test positive for opiates, if not then you kno your beat and get rid of the brick.
