How to avoid detection while growing weed

So,we have the following scenario:

I buy a new house,fresh and refurbished,I'm new in the neighbourhood,nothing suspicious.
The purpose for the purchase is for cultivating weed somewhere in the building.
I'm assuring all the necessary conditions for growth and I plant the seeds.
Nothing fishy to see or smell from the outside.
I'm leaving the recently bought house without meeting my neighbours.
I only return periodically to verify and conditionate the weed crops,because I could not otherwise.
So the house is mainly deserted most of the time,only when I'm required to care for the process,turn the lights,water the plants,etc.

What I'm enquiring here is linked to the scenario:

What sorts of measures should be applied in order to not arouse suspicion ?
What kind of safe procedures would keep me off the radar from the police?And are there reasons that would prompt the police to make a short "visit" to the respective location?
How should I manage relationships with my neighbours if I do encounter them?
And finally,how should I prevent any outside connections regarding this house.

Thank you for your opinion and/or expertize.
 
the two most common reasons people get busted are :

Telling people ur growing

and :

not paying ur electric bill take care of these 2 things and ull have a better chance of having a succesfull grow

If i think of more reasons and tips ill post enjoy
 
Tell your neighbors that you travel alot and the home is more of an investment. Or get a tenant you can really trust.

number one rule is never to tell anybody..
and well if yur just going to go inthe house for proper maintenance of the plants then iw ould suggest not to be so suspicious..just act as if you werent growing anything..but i would suggest that avoiding conversation with neighbors would spark some suspicion..at least in my case..

people get busted for grow houses all the time. Think outside the box/bun my friend =P

Example: Under ground cemetery styles, yeeaaahhh thank me later.

NO I DO NOT GROW THE ER.. UM.. CANNABIS SATIVA<3.

yea you already violated the first rule to growing in a crib. youll be out of the game in no time. dnt worry ive seen it happen before.:)
 
Do some research on growing and actually get some experience under your belt before you do something like buying a house to grow. Don't leave it unoccupied. Consider moving, in the US some states you might get 10 years or more for a commercial op like that, some counties in cali you'd be more likely to end up with 30 days. Check out icmag and read up. Good luck.
 
ICmag is the best source, but if you need to ask these questions, you're not ready yet for a big grow

Default Digital Ballasts and their Suppliers are FUCKing us up.



Ok so Ive recently purchased 4 1000watt futurebright digital ballasts. I got them as they seems like a good deal - the wave of the future yada yada yada. More light, less electricity its true...

Problem is they give off a very large amount of high frequency static or whatever you wanna call it. From what Ive gathered and I am in contact with the manufacturer, its coming from the arc in the bulb.

Im picking up large amounts of static (almost a DRUMMING SOUND) on all AM stations within 100 feet or so of my grow room. Complete insanity. Its also supposed to fuck with satelite TV. This is a giant problem.

Again I was not warned about this at time of purchase... I feel this is gross negligence on the part of the manufacturer and the store that I purchased from. I mean an electric bill is a problem but easily justifiable. This problem is like a signature - a neon sign pointing towards your grow room.

I may continue to use my ballasts as my property is far enuf from the road and neighbors to justify my doing so. Im just worried about the day the cops come to my house for some routine bullshit and start to pickup this static broadcast and wonder whats up. Its a decision Im gonna have to make.

This may end up costing me 2000$ +. Dont make this same mistake.

I appreciate your thoughts.Yeah,I guess the interferences on radio/static would be a somewhat impedement.But how about considering to install a solar energy application,or any other alternatives not bound to the electric company...maybe a rodent-based machine with frame and axles that will yeld the required energy,why not?:D Routine checkups,nosy neighbours,that's about all that's left when you get the other things out of the way.Perhaps I should seek up a house with a large terace and employ a guarding dog,good thought.And dude,I don't really know if I can see myself without the pussy,that's an even harder work than
avoiding detection.Better yet,keep things in place,normal,subtle,as they were before and show everybody there's nothing behind their backs.I think those are key points for survival.I wanna say I made this thread cause I wanted ideas from many people,several good minds are more powerful than just mine.I appreciate your knowledge and help. :)
 
If you are going to run the system via hamster power you should realize what you're getting into. You'd likely have to set up a very large animal array (VLAA) - perhaps 32^2 and invest in serious steroid therapy for your minions. This can add up. Always pay cash at the pet food store. You should also be aware that the feds invest heavily in FLIR (Furry Looking Infrared Rodent) detectors that make it trivial for them to spot your hamster powered domicile from the air. After reading rodent based...followed by...good minds that are more powerful than mine from the OP, I cannot take you seriously either.
