For me doing a G in 4 hours would seem like I'd done it far too quickly.
Second that. To answer the original question, I would say if you want to play it safe, don't go past .5 in a night. I say start with an oral dose, based on size and sex, say between 100 and 250 mg. Have some premeasured lines laid down of 100mg a piece to give you some guidance and just sustain your peak when it kicks in after a half hour or so...... That might be saying a lot more than some people can handle, I mean.... obviously you would have to know your self and your shit.. I dunno... It's definitely a drug you have to get a feel for, using numbers set in stone is alright to get you by at first, but everyone is different. Basically the best rule I've found is the 150mg line rule. If you put 150mg in front of a person, if they are smaller, they usually tend to stop themselves when they hit 'the' peak, as long as they are slowly bumping it in- the people I know for the most part- know when to stop... none the less, if there's only 150 in front of them, even if it is too much, it puts a cap on how far they can go, and for big folks, that'll get the job done as long as it absorbs and doesn't just drip and get swallowed. (150 Is without an oral dose btw, with the oral your looking at needing 50-100 to really get off the ground).
Yeah... anyway, lol sorry for ranting, just wanted to say that I thought a gram might be a bit heavy for recommendation for a nights play.. With .5 you can sustain a nice peak for just as long as a decent roll and you won't have to deal with suicide Tuesdays =p With that dose, I really don't feel much negative effect at all the next day, when I've gone further, I've ended up experiencing the possible shitty effects you've read about like weird chest feelings, anxiety and all that jazz.
