Hey I'm the guy who drove off with the gas pump still in my car

My smoking days came to a end on Monday bc I got screwed by my friend at school . A week ago I went to chickfila during school with a friend and he smoked with my bowl . I didn't smoke at all but later that day I noticed it was gone . I new he stole it so I texted him and he said no . Well then came Monday and someone told me he had it . So I texted him and I was like text me back , I know u have it and I'm going to jump u after class . Well guess what . His mom had his phone . So she came in and told the school that her son was going to get jumped . Well the cops search the boy and found my bowl plus 2 home made bowls and a knife . He snitch on me and said it was my bowl which it was but he didn't have to snich . So then the cop asked if it was mine and I said no but he said he would finger print me so I said yea it was mine . So then I got a ciatation and the admistator took my phone away from me to see if I had other texts about smoking . She saw a text that said let's smoke during advisory . But the the school day was over and she told me that my parents have to come in with me tomorrow morning . Well they did and boy did I get lucky . I thought I was going to get expelled but I only ended up getting a one day suspention bc the cop helped me out . He was a cool cop . And they couldn't look at my texts the next day bc it went dead LOL . So now my parents know I smoke so I guess I'm me smoking for the best . And I cant goto prom bc I got suspended . But what ev . O and it gets worst . Today I was joking to a friend that I didn't know what to do the day I got in trouble and that I just wanted to jump off a bridge and some teacher heard it and told my councel . So now my parents think I'm Suicidal . LOL my luck .

U should have said it wasen't yours, very unlikely that there will be a useable fingerprint of yours on there, with everyone else who has posibly touch it, fuck snitches, he will get whats coming to him. We you go to court tell the judge you where pressured in to saying it was yours by the officers, regardless it was in his pocket, so trhey will never be able to prove that it was yours.
 
He probably showed his mom the text rather than his mom having it.. HE was probably scared shitless and got his mom to get him out of it lawl
 
i hate how ppl get in trouble for tobacco paraphernalia. we all know its not for tobacco, but when sold its original intention is for tobacco - and yet, tobacco paraphernalia gives cops the right to say "UR A POT HEAD!"

i would say you were pressured into saying it was yours. that cop lied, i very much doubt they couldve done a fingerprint check.

i would use that argument as best as possible in court. get let go and go beat the living shit out of that guy. no joke. go fuck him up.
 
How old are you? Don't hang around shady people like that who will rat you out and steal your stuff and then lie about it.
 
Dude your friend is a rat but you aren't the brightest. That was a cheap cop tactic to get you to admit it, there are so many things you could say and they could never convict you in court.

Why not say he had shown you it before and you handled it? Why not say it is yours but you bought it for tobacco consumption and any marijuana residue must be because you lent it to the snitch and he was a pot head?

I would be skeptical they could even pull a print off it but any of the above excuses would account for your prints being there and its just your word against his, hardly enough to ping you on especially when you consider he had 2 other home made pipes and a blade.
 
He wasn't a real good friend . Arr I hate snitches and the dude got beat up the week before at a mall LOL.

They probably would not have checked for prints though. That would have been to much work just to bust some kid with a bowl.
 
and remember in the future not to put any criminal acts you've committed/you're committing/you'll soon commit in writing.


hell, don't even tell anybody what you're planning on doing. had you just confronted him without all that text message bullshit you'd probably have your bowl back, still have a friend, not be narced out and be pretty high when you read this post. instead, you're probably going to get hit with several different charges (including a conspiracy charge and maybe even misuse of a telephone) and i bet you still want to beat the hell out of this kid, who's proven that doing so will just result in more charges for you.

this was for the best. your under 18, it'll all go away, simply a learning experience. the big lesson is get your priorities straight. the more important lessons are: don't give the police a goddamn inch, and what jibult explained. also, do you know what "jumped" means? it doesn't involve a heads up.

i believe minors do not have finger prints in the united states. legally, of course. i guess i don't know where this kid is from though.
 
Shoulda let em fingerprint it. Make them do the work.

Why are you surprised that your "friend" ratted you out after you threatened him with physical violence?

if you're suspected in a criminal act where fingerprints are available as evidence, they can print you.



they have to have a reason to suspect you, though. they can't just be like "hey, i think that guy did it so let's go print him."

but there's always the possibility that it could go like, "hey, i think that guy did it but we have no evidence/testimony, so let's make up a really good reason to go print him."
 
Let em print you, just because you have prints on the bowl doesn't mean you smoked from it, or own it for that matter.

Also, did you have to let em go through your phone? Seems ridiculous.
 
Jdangles, don't go kick his ass. You'll just get into more trouble. Play it cool and just remember you can't trust anyone but your momma.

No that's where I got screwed . I'm am 18 . But I only got a ciatation . The cop was probaly the coolest cop and he didn't arrest me.
 
Sorry to be rude, but judging by the poor grammar displayed by the OP, he needs to spend less time worrying about smoking pot and more time learning something useful. You have the rest of your ADULT life to learn to responsibly use any drug you choose. Instead, by being a dumbass, it brings more negative publicity to mature/responsible pot users.

Please. Take this as a positive post and be part of the solution.:)


edit: and we wonder why our kids are so far behind the rest of the world's education system....
 
My friend's car was robbed and the crow bar they used to open the door was in the backseat. The police refused to fingerprint it because they said to run the prints would cost too much money and time. They aren't gonna waste that much expertise and time tying up the computer and investigator to fingerprint a misdemeanor at most. Unless you kill someone or steal a hell of a lot of stuff they aren't gonna actually finger print ya.
