I can actually wear whatever I like but choose to go in proper office atire, I find it easier to just stick trousers + shirt on than fuck about with what jeans, t-shirt, trainers etc to wear.

there's some dafties at my work like that. come in suited up when every1 else is sitting about in jeans & t-shirts. tryna look important but really just looking ridiculous

the only good thing about wearing smart clothes to work is that it mentally seperates work from leisure time because as soon as you get home you change out of your work clothes and into your relaxation leisure clothes. Its a mind trick that is proven to help people leave work issues at work and get on with the rest of your life at home.

I wear those converse when i go to the gym because they're great for squatting and deadlifting. Much better for your strength and form than 80 quid sport trainers.

I soooo want some decent graffiti styled hats/clothes but not too commercial, had this bright blue flexi fit CAP, not those flat gay g-unit baseball ones that have taken over!! with embroided "tribal" on. Its now faded and stretched, can't find it anywhere

Its just easier to pick up cheap trackies and sports wear from a cheap discount place, fairly active too and its comfy as hell.

Jeans are a bitch to get the right sizes, its easier to just choose small. medium or large A nice pair of jeans are sweet though, used to wear them alot when i skated/rode.

I just generally hate how people pidgeon hole somebody as a chav cos they're wearing some trackies or running shoes! Almost to the point where i wear chavish like stuff just to confuse people! I always get after meeting people "Your actually pretty cool I thought you was a chav"

I would always stand out amongst my grunger friends, but to go and dress like them would just be fucked up! I've always been brought/worn comfy shit, not gonna change my entire wardrobe because people don't understand chav is a mind state!

Goes onto music too...chavs/grungers or what have you, then most people grow the fuck up. The grungers do loadsa drugs and appreciate the dance music they used to despise and then find out most of the chavs are into the same stuff (just watch you're pockets). Thats not to say that only chavs are dickheads because i've met some rotten mosher types.

I usually wear a reasonably conservative dress when I go out. By conservative, I mean compared to what most girls wear to raves. Kind of dress you'd be pushing your luck wearing to a restaurant, but you could get away with it.

I actually love girls raver outfits. Fluffies, hotpants, that stuff. I'm just not really confident enough to wear that kind of thing.... but I'm definitely going to invest in some fluffies soon

Ive only got one pair of shoes that i wear out of the house, some vans that basically go with anything other than a suit, and if i absolutely have to wear a suit ive got some fake crocodile skin leather shoes


ps. i agree with the girls raver outfits, i love looking at them too, when i used to be a raver the best i would do was cover myself in glowsticks and UV paint, lol. Shame i dont go raving as much nowadays

I'm only a girly girl when it comes to shoes. I have an obscene amount of shoes.... think I currently own *counts* 6 pairs of black boots. Ankle boots, knee high boots, low heel, high heel, suede, leather, pvc...

That said, I tend to look after shoes, get them re-heeled and stuff.... so I haven't actually bought any new shoes in quite a while. That's how I excuse my shoe pile anyway

don't hold back, dress as flamboyantly as you can. there's nothing more attractive/good looking as girls who just go for it with their own sense of style .
