the third eye foundation -> a galaxy of scars / there's a fight at the end of the tunnel / i'm sick and tired of being sick and tired / (and quite a few others)

in terms of lengthy unwieldy song titles though, this Bal-Sagoth song has to win (and the song rules too!)

"dr. mesmer" from the same album (dragon tales) is great, too...
ok, the whole album is unbelievable.

Edgar Broughton Band : There's no Vibrations, but Wait (whole fuckin' album that this track comes from is just plain weird, nevermind the titles)

Captain Beefheart : Basically just about any song or album title from his early stuff. I mean 'Lick my decals off baby' or 'Bat Chain Puller' are among the more rational ones! My BL name comes from a bit of one of the tracks on the album 'Trout Mask Replica'

easily the gayest song title i've ever heard. i just get the mental image of a bunch of skinny nerds sitting around in a basement playing dungeons and dragons and coming up with a name like that.

i always liked:
