NY Medical Grade flood

Hey,
Im from Long Island, NY latley I've been recieving large quantities of medical grade weed from cali. Its all vacuum sealed and marked for identification with white tags (most of it seems to be Amnesia Haze or Orange Kush). Now my question is if anyone else in NY or any east coast state has been noticing an increase in medical grade weed? And if so what strains?
 
My friend is always talking bout get a Lb of granddaddy purple med. grade from some chick that lives in hell-knows where...Cali i think...We live in Ga..Some gangster black dude is funding this..some sketchy shit, kinda glad iam not involved...

Neway...kinda curious about the mailing process...I had another friend tell me his aunt shipped him stuff in triple wrapped bags in a Peanut butta jar with peanut butter around the bag...
 
^That shit never works. Anyone telling yo that is a lying dumbass. Peanut butter does nothng to cover up the smell
 
i've seen a couple people moving weight in from CA to NC through the mail in the last few years. they were just vacuum sealing it . . i think the idea is that you're not going to fool a good drug dog (even with peanut butter 8) ), you just need to keep the people handling it from getting suspicious enough to bring one in.
 
yeah trying to conceal it when mailing it is a lost cause. as long as you dont put a return address and you do things right on the shipping end, the person recieveing it is the only one with something to worry about. And even then there are precautions that can be taken to minimize their risk also.
 
There has been a decent surplus of top grade weed in california for some years now. Most growers sell some to the clubs or at least try to as they pay the highest prices wholesale and they don't need to go through as many layers or extend credit (or when they do it's a safer bet).

That said there really isn't anything that is "medical grade" - the clubs all stock various grades, many that are below what is generally sold without state sanction. And all the best grades also get sold into the illicit market (from the same growers, generally) just for less money. But that stuff (even though it's from the same grow) isn't ever bagged as "medical" when it hits the general sales - there's a lot of reasons for it not to be.

I'm pretty surprised you're getting stuff that appears to be bagged for clubs. As far as I've ever seen growers even if they had pre-bagged too much would re-bag it without any markings before they sold it. The first thing that comes to my mind is that someone is faking it as a gimmick, playing on the idea that california medical is somehow better and it never was meant to go to a club. The only other thing I can think of is it's getting diverted from a club and shipped, but that doesn't make much sense as almost any strain could be easily purchased directly for less money than the club pays.

About the only things you see in a club that you never (or seldom) see illicitly are the food products (because there isn't really any demand) and the very high end hashes etc like king's hash (because the clubs pretty much buy it all)

the weed Im getting is amazing so I know its legit with the strains but your saying it might not be from cali?

it sounds like he's saying that it's cali weed, just not from clubs (although likely from growers who may also grow for clubs). those labels you're talking about probably do list the correct strain, although they don't necessarily mean that it was labeled by a club.

what i was getting was all top-notch, and def. from CA. only downside is that it seems to lose some aesthetics/trichomes in the shipping process.
 
oh yeah i'm not trying to say it's not premium weed, or even that it didn't come from california, it's just i don't understand why someone selling into black market would keep their stickers on it when it could be easily compared to the supply they are selling into the clubs and then back to them. it just seems like it'd make it so much easier to make a case and it'd be something the dea would love to run back if there was a seizure since they hate prop 215. but i am just wild guessing really - all i know is in california there is no difference between the club weed and the illicit weed, it's all coming from the same places, but no one's dropping stickers on anything going out to normal folks.

i guess as far as a gimmick i meant is it helping it sell to you? is it demanding a better price over standard super-premiums? is it more appealing to the people getting smaller bags? if some or all of that is true it might just be good salesmanship to slap some stickers (that would be different than the ones you use) on even if it was never going to a club. it wouldn't surprise me at all to see california growers experimenting with sales techniques out of the area because california itself is over saturated.
 
if you want to ship the shit....

vacuum seal it. soak it in water and bleach 10% bleach... don't smoke near the sealed bags, don't do smoke and than touch it... the smell will be on it from just touching them or from smoking illegal shit near them.... Than you just seal mail it .. simple...

btw here in North Nj area....... we have been getting somekind orange/grapefruit kush along with blueberry kush and some kind of bud that is almost black.... and no its not purple haze..its freaking almost black

So this insane bud also gets you, extremely, stoned. "

Lack of return address is criteria #1 for extra scrutiny.

Same goes for overtly bogus return addresses (as viewed by OCR or carrier)
 
yeh wasnt thinking of that, i do know someone who puts fake return addresses though, that seems to work. (i dont mean fake like some made up shit, but maybe a warehouse or some shit in the middle of some city)
