Could I make a hookah type thing that would hook up to your nose?
It would have go through iced water to make it cool enough to not burn your nose...but this would allow you to smoke / drink at the same time? Yes? No?

that's a good way to permanently alter your sense of smell, but yes, you'd be able to drink and inhale nearly concurrently.

Let me get this straight... You people actually think you can inhale through your nose and swallow liquid at the same time? Try it and let me know the results.

Well I was mainly speaking to the OP, ass. Sorry I didn't clarify my statement by saying, "You people (minus Jibult)."
 
I don't want to do them at the exact same time...
Just don't want to be bothered to move thing to and from my mouth.
This way I could just have a straw for my vokda, and breathe normally for my bud.

Its a good idea, anyone got any idea's on how though?

What is possible the advantage of this?? Take a toke, take a drink. It isnt really too difficult, and it seems as if drinking while smoking wouldnt even be very fun, you cant enjoy the taste of both at the same time very much.
 
If you MUST attempt this, do it with vapor IMO. Buy a Volcano or any bag vaporizer. I prefer my whip style Silver Surfer, but a bag would work better for this purpose. Fill the bag, then modify the mouth piece to fit a nasal gas mask like this:

Attach the bag to that hose in the back and you're done. You'll look like a fool, but let's face it, you must be a fool to attempt this in the first place, yes?
