TBH driving around on smack is a far worse crime than any posession, you should cut that shit out before you kill someone.
 
Nope, almost did though.

This was about a year ago my friends and I were trippin pretty hard on a few hits of acid and we just finished smoking a joint and a few bowls behind this school by where we live. So we're running out to the car (driver wasn't tripping :D) and as soon as we open the doors 3 cop cars fly up, one actually drives over the curb to cut us off as we were walking on the sidewalk. Anyway, they make us all go up against the back of the car, take down all our info and shit.

They were telling us someone had been spray painting around this school and a neighbor had called the cops cause we were the only car parked in the lot and it was "shady". While two of the police officers go around back to make sure we didn't spray paint atleast 3 more cop cars pull up, one being a K9 unit. Needless to say we were scared shitless at this point. The scariest thing however was, as we were waiting for them to get finished checking the school grounds one of the officers is just staring me down the whole time, finally he says "son, what's wrong with your eyes?" and shines the flashlight directly in my eyes then proceeds to examine the eyes of all my friends.

The cops come back and say its all clear we didn't spray paint anything and they just let us go. What a relief that was I thought we were so screwed. Oh ya i also forgot to say this was at around 10:50 and my friend only had his junior licence so he had to be home at 11 and he didn't even have his licence on him...

Our hypothesis was that because we were trippin our eyes didn't get too red and because he shined the light directly in our eyes our pupils constricted and weren't huge. Basically we were just super lucky not to get caught with the 1/8 of bud in my friends pockets and the bubbler he also had on him.

EDIT: I've had a bunch of close calls with the cops but I thought this was another one worth mentioning.

So my one friend likes to take his moms mini-van out late at night. He's a pretty good driver and practices with his mom in parking lots and shit so that wasn't really a problem. Anyway he calls us up and picks me and a few other friends up around 1am. We start blazin in his car driving out to a new Sonic which opened in our area (if you guys haven't been to sonic your really missing out, lol). Anyway we were pretty high and didn't even think that it would be closed this late at night... So we drive all the way out there (15-20 minute drive) just to turn back around and smoke some more, lol. As were back in our hometown we stop at rite-aid to grab some munchies.

So we pull out of the parking lot and as soon as we do a cop drives by, naturally we are scared but as soon as he drives by my friend who is driving realizes he forgot to turn his lights on because the parking lot was so bright. Anyway the cop pulls a u-turn and we screwed we know it. We go back into the parking lot and he asks my friend for his registration and ID. Unfortunately this was about 2 hours after he turned 16 years old and didn't have a licence. So he goes through all the formalities and ends by saying "our car smelled funny". He goes back to his car and were about to shit ourselves with a little bud in the car, a spoon and a bunch of home-made bottle pipes :). So he comes back and just breathalizes my friend..dumbass pig..

So we don't get caught for anything weed related, but my friend got charged with driving without a licence, the driving without his light charge dropped, and me and my friends all had to personally call our parents at like 2am and tell them we had snuck out and had been driving with my friend without his licence.. what hell that was. Oh and his family only had 1 car, so they sent another police car to pick up his mom at his house and drive her back to rite-aid to drive us all home...fuck

ya, in grade nine, i went to school (planning to leave the second i was dropped off) by 10am there was l ke 4.5 left (.5 away from a trafic charge here) and i was being a complete moron and decided it would be cool to smoke another in a tree (im not sure....so dont ask) and as im enjoying my smoke i see a verry angry looking bald man on a bike wearing blackglasses and an ear peice, being so compleetly baked i was lost (despite being 2 blocks from my home) i just stared at him as hard as i could........not even five minnutes later, 2 people that had been on a park bench all morning (i assumed they were parrents of the kids there) came over and asked me to get out of the tree and presented me with their badges, then the third man (the one from the bike came over) and bega to search my school bag, while the one of then goes away and calls it in on the radio, and the other searches me, he found my baggie, and while the other cops were away he pocketed it, and said he had to take a call, got in a car and left......the other man came back and said were not charging you because all you had was what i was smoking.....i was however marched into my school in cuffs, led by 2 cops, and i got a weeks worth of suspention. who would have thought i would have been saved from a charge by a pot head cop ;)

Lol ya you just gotta know the right people, acid was definately a lot easier for me to get at one point, i'd tripped on acid about 10 times before I had my first legitamite shroom trip.

i remembered another time i almost got busted for weed, me and a buddy decided to blaze one lunch, so we went out and bought some weed in the parking lot at a near by mall, and then went around the back of the parking structure wall and packed a bowl, and lit up there and then, on are way out we noticed that there was a ghost car right there (the exit f the structure), we instantly decided it was bes to leave the other way.....but the only reason we noticed it, is because a man got out of it and cuffed the person who sold us the dope, so im not sure that counts as a close call for us, bu i think is does XD

went to court several months later and served 6 months obeyance(sp??)(pussy probation, you get an extra strike,if you screw up you go to real probation)...smoked weed occationally and towards the end 2 months my P.O. was in her 3rd trimester in pregnancy and never tested me...my record was expunged as soon as it was over i think

point is...as long as its legal keep it to yourself kids!

Basically same thing happened to me except for the first paragraph and my po being pregnant.

I had some pot at school and a teacher smelled it, was expelled, had to take 6 hours of drug classes, and returned to the school about 3 months later. That was 7 years ago though and never been caught since

I've been caught by police with weed twice now and I got let off the first time and a 5 year caution the second. Never got arrested. Thank fuck.
 
got caught with an Oz in london and got a cautrion nothing more.

Got pulled over driving with an 8th, told the cop i was high and had an 8th and he let me go and let me keep my weed but told me i could lose my job and shit if he busted me but that i seemed like a decent guy and i was honest which helped.

I dunno about the laws in France, but here in the US its illegal to go up and search somebody without a reasonable cause without permission/warrant.
 
The Saturday evening before Mother's Day 1971. 4 of us 'kids' were surrounded by 3 cop cars as we were driving out of the Burger King parking lot in suburban Chicago.
We had a QP of Michoacan [some very good weed] & as the pigs were pulling us over, the driver told our 1 friend in the passenger seat to "hide the weed!!" Yeah, he hid it really well...8)...he jammed it under the seat.
The cops told all of us to exit the vehicle & it took all of 5 seconds for the 1 cop to find the weed [there was an empty baggie on the passenger-side floorboard]. We got hauled to the station & were each interrogated on where we got the dope. We told them 4 different stories [I said we bought it at a concert] & the pigs were not thrilled with us.
They threatened to keep us there until somebody owned-up to the weed. 3 of us were still 16 yrs old & 1 was 17 [at age 17, you can be held as an adult]. Nobody was gonna say a word...we were gonna just play the waiting game...when all of a sudden, our 17 yr old pal said, "It's my weed!!" 8o
We couldn't believe he did that...but he was the 1 charged with 'possession with intent to distribute'. Of course, all of us had to call the folks to come & get us -- "Happy Mother's Day, mom...I got popped with pot!!" :X
The charges were reduced for the 1 dude who took the heat & he ended-up with a $100 fine. Needless to say, the biggest bitch was losing all that primo product. It was the same dude who stashed it under the car-seat, so his stupidity was what really got us pinched. Back then, if you just crotched the weed, we would've been good-to-go. :!
