Ah, that reminds me of my old fluffy raver pants. I made them on a whim for a party called 'Warm and Fuzzy'. It was the dead of winter, which meant -30C ish-- hence the name of the party.
I had never sewn anything before, but happened to have a friend who worked at a fabric store who saw a pattern for raver pants. It took me three solid days, and I needed to get my mum to hem them for me since I couldn't figure out how, but I made them. I figured out the crotch (which was bloody hard to cram into the sewing machine: 4 layers of ~3cm thick fun fur), but couldn't hack the hem.
They were awesome.
I still have them around here somewhere. I'm betting that they're still stained with raver gravy though. Black on white polka-dot fun fur pants plus a dead-of-winter overheated slushy nasty warehouse rave equals some nasty, nasty floors.
