stoner colleges

Humboldt State University - Arcata California.

not only a great fun school,
but the marijuana is plentiful also
I had a great time
 
It should be said that some (especially one) of the colleges put on that high times list have since had increased law enforcement presence. One of them is obviously quite high on the watch list already, but currently has a ton of DEA presence. Just thought it should be known.
 
don't get stoned alot in your freshman year....focus more on coming up with a plan and getting started on it. Later on you can smoke more and there will be more of a support structure to keep you on the straight and narrow..
 
I wish I went to Santa Cruz...good college and plenty of herb.

The Stanford co-op dorms are quite stoner friendly as well.
 
OK, I've never heard of anyone planning to smoke more weed when they get older. That just sounds like a recipe for disaster.

All I have to say is I hope you're getting a liberal arts degree.

Boulder, CO. 'nuff said. But pretty much any and every school is, and will, have a good if not decent marijuana scene.

Not to be harsh, but if all you want to do is get high and focus on music, don't bother going to college. Just not the right mindset to go into college with... = academic probation --> kicked out

UPenn is, AFAIK, regarded as the 'social' ivy.

Junior & senior year of HS are your most important years... take it from someone who fucked up both and barely got into their safeties... :(

No matter what college you decide on going to, there will be people who smoke pot. Don't let weed affect one of the biggest decisions of your life! There is weed wherever you decide to go, I guarantee it. Decide where you want to go to school based on things like interest, program opportunity, location, finances, and what you want to do with your life and learn about. Weed will find you.
 
UMass shouldn't be considered a stoner college. Obviously a lot of people blaze there (as would there be in any campus with the population of a small city) but it's nearly a police state. There are undercovers everywhere...EVERYWHERE. Fuck UMass. Even though it's decriminalized now, the school still hands out the same penalties as before.

Having smoked every semester of my college stay, this man speaks the truth.

I was on academic probation going into my second year, because of it. I took a 2 month break from smoking when i returned from that semester and and really got my shit together. Im now a senior and I feel like i manage my habits and also responsibilities very well now and since the academic probation deal I have not made a grade lower than a B. I am a Computer Science major BTW.
 
marlbor college VT, Hampshire college MA, almost any college you will find stoners if you look for them.
 
You have chosen a poor criterion by which to choose where you go to school.
ummm...

University of Oregon is an okay school, and the weed is everywhere.
Reed is very high-level academically...more 'psychonautical' than stoner though. ;)
 
OP, since it seems cannabis culture is fairly well distributed throughout academia did you want to give secondary considerations like region or a likely area of study?

So true. This school can turn the most straight laced kid into a pothead. I've seen it happen many of times.:) But really any college that is located in the liberal parts of a state will be good for a stoner.

Actually every college will have a high population of smokers.
