Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

Hi all guys! I am FutureIsBrighter, I used to hang out on this forum back in 2022, when I got my shots of Xeplion/Invega Sustenna. I still remember what hell it was to be under the effect of this drug! The shutting down, the mental fog, the lack of emotional depth and pleasure… I know it all, guys, what you’re going through is perfectly natural, I remember it all too well. I was later diagnosed with bipolar disorder with psychotic traits, and after about 18 months of hell, I managed to recover from paliperidone! It’s disgustingly long, I know, but believe me, when you start living fully again with the entire spectrum of emotions, life shines once more. Don’t give up and don’t let negative thoughts take over. I probably shouldn't tell you this, but right here on the forum I read about the famous herb called St. John's Wort.. I took it for a period of time and it triggered a full-blown manic episode, DON'T DO IT, or at least, talk to your Doctor! It's super dangerous because then I had a switch during the manic phase, and later the doctors had me switch to Abilify Maintena which is definitely better, much more modern and with fewer side effects. I want to write you this message to give you a big hug and hope. Don't give up, guys, because life is a precious gift and the future is really bright for everyone. If I made it, all of you can too. With affection, FutureIsBrighter :heart3:

i’am 27 months after the last injections and I only got worse over time, but yeah, i Guess it take 18 months to recover, right?

I don’t always believe recovery stories I hope it’s just because I feel flat and they’re actualy happening.. it’s tough when I literally go back through pages over and over and notice inconsistent accounts so much.. I wish inwasnt like this

Recovery is unfortunately really subjective, anyone can feel they’ve recovered based on perceived lack of symptoms but that doesn’t necessarily mean their brain is back to normal with all its capacities

no offense but a lot of people who claim to heal are still 100 precent disabled so there's difference degrees of healing.

As i said multiple times before: at the beginning, when those injections were released, they were called “chemical lobotomy” by the big pharma, then they changed the name into major tranquillizer and then again into neuroleptics (antipsychotics).

As you see. Everyday is the same, there is not even small progress in months, but yet some random account pop up randomly claiming a recovery but then disappear..

The story is the same; “i recovered in 18 months”, so you will wait until that time, but you are not recovered, so you wait the 2 years mark, then the 2.5 years and then the 3 years and eventually once you realize that there is no recovery you will stop posting and disappear.

This 18 month mark seems to be the aim here n almost every post and the ap thing isnt fully false, I have recovered before whilst still on an ap but I never had an injection, this shit sparks pills way out the park .. it’s a completely different ball game it just fucks you into the ground.. at least with pills i was stressed out my mind but now everything’s just limbo it’s even more tortuous

I know no one cares but today I moved into my new place and it’s a big place which is nice but I must admit when you’re in the state I’m in it’s not nice to be alone because everything is just too quiet, I really hope I recover in the next month/ 2 months because I won’t know what else to do, I hope you’re all hanging in there and keeping going, goodnight guys

Thanks man, gotta look for the good in the shit sometimes, I pray you keep going as well man, you will get back on your feet again even if it takes a long time, I’m hanging in there so I hope you do too! It really tests character going through this and not knowing when it will end so I applaud you for doing that brother, but imagine at 8 months if one day something just switches and you get everything back, I’m sure you’ll think all of this was worth it when that day comes man🙏🏽

How many you received?

I don’t have any interest or feelings watching anything too but I have to force myself I have no choice. Lost is a very good show to watch. Gives you hope. Which season you’re in?. I’m watching it again.
It was 2 years ago that I watched it all while injected. I'm in a depressive phase rn and watching From, but it's not as intense and empty as when I was injected.

Theres good reason to hope, keep on going. It's a temporary phase but ik it feels endless

Hey man if you don’t mind me asking what injections did you have and how long did it take before recovery? Thanks brother

i told ai i didn't heal in 14.5 months now, he says its Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome and it take 18-32 months to heal lol
realistically that’s great news brother I know it’s super difficult for you and has been for a while but it means there is hope, someone said they took 17-18 months to recover and some said 2 years so keep hoping brother!!

When i was at 7 months, AI told me i would heal once i reached the 10-12 months.

Once i reached the 12 months (1 year) it told me that I would recover around 15-18 months.

Once i reached the 18 months (1.5 year) it told me that i would recover around the 22-26 months.

Once i reached the 24 months (2 years) it told me that it may take 3-5 years to heal.

You can clearly see the pattern here..

Is anyone else here really fucking tired all the time? Like I have 0 energy even when I wake up, it’s only got worse but it’s making my life even more difficult than it already is, all I can do is sleep or take naps in the day to try and get by, I’m becoming extremely suicidal and it’s only just over 3 1/2 months so I’ve got a long way to go by the looks of things, pure poison, these things should never be in the blood or body, it’s literally toxic
