Good afternoon, morning, and night fellow Bluelighter's around the world!

We are recruiting for moderators in 6 different subforums, one of which is here in BDD.

Do you have experience with common substances?
Are you a good listener?
Have you been an active participant on Bluelight?

1). Why are you interested in becoming a volunteer for this particular subforum?

I want to say for the record, I have interviewed a few different people who I thought had the spirit. A couple did not even have high post history, but they gave me a good feeling.

I just want it to be know that we are willing to think outside of the normal box here, as we want new ideas and there is a dearth of volunteers.

Do not be afraid to ask.

Maybe because of how they’re treated by other staff. This site has a staff infection (you see what I did there).
 
It's alright @RUC4 I've established that this was a grand conspiracy. Nobody could handle the fact that my information was so on point, my advice so revolutionary and my style so intolerably sexy. I just need to unseat the Freemasons running this site, bring them to justice and then assume my rightful place as the King and Queen of Bluelight. Just a little bit more Meth and I will know all of their secrets so stay tuned.

In all seriousness, I am hoping to get my place back at some point, but for now I'm just gonna keep doing my thing for our people, as that is the most important thing. I do feel we all need to work hard to keep our connections to one another strong. I would love for staff to feel they are on a team, maybe even a family. I want us to all feel like we ccan count on one another for support. I would love for us to feel we can share our honest opinions with one another without hesitation. I have to do my part to make that happen as we all do.

I definitely don't ever want people to feel as adversaries in this. It's just such a waste, like road rage, especially when we are all here for such a positive reason. I am unsure what happened @RUC4 but we all can find some common ground. I am not speaking of anyone specifically here. I just have had some interactions with staff where I found there were people I didn't even know with strong, negative opinions of me. I was taken aback, because we literally knew nothing about one another. We see each other type lines of text. To develop such negative feelings in the absence of actually interaction is yet another destructive quality of choosing technology to interpret life instead of actual life.

I value and respect all of you guys. I think e can all be proud of our work here. I hope everyone is doing well, has food, medication and is finding some happiness in the midst of these hard times.

you sound like a useful addition idk lol I got no sway in these matters. if socal didnt already take it I see no problem -- hell I see no problem adding one more.

but AGAIN -- I do not have to deal with the logistics of the site so *shrugs* prolly should shut my mouth

This is the kind of neutral, diplomatic way you have to have to post without being reported. Like you’re walking on on eggshells around this site because a few people are ridiculous and cry about everything. It’s silly.

If I was you, I wouldn’t come back to your job. This place isn’t what it used to be. Freedom of speech is gone. This is what happens when you let the far left in your establishment. Everyone has to talk in the group-think or you’re shunned as well.

You’re better than that. I mean, aren’t you? You’re banned and have to step down from being a mod because this idiot can’t handle the word no. Although, I think purchasing shit for a user id against policy, if not let me know.

No you should not stfu. You can speak freely, at least, I think you can.

It’s really just a handful of people who are commenting on EVERY post.
 
Damn I try to not pay attention but this is sounding interesting....

free speech is not really a thing on a private website -- but I pretty much say what the hell I want and let ppl interpret it as they please. (How long that lasts remains to be seen I suppose)
