As we all know, classic deliriants are anticholinergics, specifically mAChR, drugs like atropine, benzhexol, some have dopamine reuptake inhibitor action like benztropine, orphenadrine (also a NMDA antagonist) but some drugs like amantadine are supposed to induce delirium due to anticholinergic activity, but apparently by nAChR action (and dopamine reuptake inhibitor and NMDA antagonist activity, like orphenadrine). In term of effects, what change? Nicotinic antagonism induce delirium as muscarinic antagonism does? What's The difference in term of effects?

CNS nicotinic antagonists going by my revised old theory with Dissos from Reddit(2021) they produce dysphoric mania type 2. Where anything deemed shit sober Is seen In ultra euphoric lens.

I still view NMDA antagonists affect Nicotinic receptors In this manner & What causes the Sigma trip at max dose DXM. Also the dark euphoria that common with Dissos as a whole.

There are a lot of nicotinic receptors, which are defined by their makeup of subtypes.

Blocking muscular nicotinic receptors causes paralysis.

It looks like the majority of brain nicotinic antagonists block the alpha3 beta4 receptors, with a few also blocking alpha7 receptors and alpha3 beta2 receptors.

For context I am taking haloperidol and chlorpromazine at bedtime. They were changed a few times, but only these two were effective. As you can imagine, I was prescribed trihexyphenidyl for a short time, after biperiden, but due to lack of improvements I was switched to benzatropine and it worked for a short time. I would like to test amantadine, but the doctors refuse and I am suffering very effects with neuroleptic side effects and I don't know what else to do.
In the brains, which the difference and similar effects antimuscarinic/antinicotinic?
I was reading when I came into orphenadrine (I've been on it in 3 months but I still believe a little change but still sedated, shaking) and from what read:

ORPHENADRINE: Antimuscarinic, antihistamine, NMDA antagonism, NDRI (dopamine and adrenaline reuptake inhibitor.)

AMANTADINE: Antinicotinic, NMDA antagonist, dopamine reuptake inhibitor, possible dopamine agonist.

If antinicotinics aren't very psychoactive, amantadine can be more efficient? If no, orphenadrine act similar to amantadine, except by antinicotinic action. How different is?

What do you mean by "dark euphoria"? And could you name what these psychoactive nicotinic antagonists are?
