I remember Flualprazolam from back in the day. Hits like a fucking truck.

Never even heard of that one. Heh. It's crazy how many benzo analogs that have been developed. Certainly more than any other class of RC drugs.

This is an old one. Lorazepam is the closest thing to it, they form almost twin metabolites. It offers less sedation, but it clears out the background noise of anxiety

Lorazepam is hands down my favorite benzo for borh recreation and therapeutic purposes. Idk why. Every time I get dosed with it I get giddy and a huge smile on my face. Feels like heroin without the euphoria for me. Idk why but that hospital Ativan hits better than brand name

I’ve tried all of these except bromonordiazepam. Fluoprazolam isn’t worthwhile, but meclonazepam and ethylflualprazolam are decent.

Thanks. Are their half lifes similar to what I would expect? Ethylflualprazolam being short and meclonazepam being longer?

Of prescription ones nothing beats Halcion, I wish I had fucking bag of a 1000 of them plus you can snort those ones and get a immediate effect.

I always hated etizolam. It gives me paradoxical effects like anxiety, dysphoria and mania.

I'm one of the rare people that get paradoxical effects from certain benzos. I know its a thenio but it activates a certain benzo subunit receptor that gives me horrible side effects. It causes a downstream effect of glutamate release instead of inhibition.

Its a genetic thing for me. Magnesium Glycate will give me panic attacks and depersonalization for 3 days.

Fa sho, ethylflualprazolam was quite short-lasting. I’d say maybe 5 hours at best, although I only had five pressed bars with 3mg in each (or so they claimed), so I didn’t have much experience with it. Meclonazepam lasted basically all day for me and was more sedating than clonazepam.

That's exactly the reason by which you adapted to Lorazepam, it's been designed to avoid glutamatergic reactions

Ahh, a fellow lorazepam enjoyer. It reminds me of a way better version of alprazolam, but it’s not short-lasting and sloppy. I rarely get euphoria from benzos, but my favorite has to be diazepam. Long legs, great muscle relaxation, and it murders all my anxiety.

If you take NAC (N-acetylcysteine), you can confirm your phenotype, but I believe it will not be a good trip

Did not know this, but makes sense to me.

I get paradoxical reactions from several, but not all. Such as diazepam, bromazolam, etizolam all do it very prominently.

That's not glutamate then, it is probably the current state of your brain influencing your reaction to benzos

Nobody knows what the mechanism is. Its a rare condition. But it does feel glutaminergic in nature.

All I can tell you is I was born with it, it is very significantly exacerbated by alcohol use, and only certain benzos do it.

It probably has a glutamatergic component; however, the brain is a network. You are probably prone to hyperarousal, but that shouldn't be reduced to "a problem with glutamate". Benzos and alcohol, they point in the same biochemical direction. If you have ever abused stimulants, benzos, or alcohol, perhaps that's the answer
