Never had a problem with these combined before. Just had a 7.5mg zop, 1mg of xan and 1 beer. Wouldn't touch the sides normally and do not feel intoxicated. But for some reason I suddenly feel paro as hell. Not sure why. m'lady did just sage up our abode. Could that have something to do with it? anyone ever had this before? I regularly combine these in small / medium doses so finding it weird why im suddenly anxious. Also worth nothing I had a 30mg Ritalin LA this morning but again that's absolutely normal for me. I am sure I have done this exact combination 30mg rit LA in morn and 7.5mg zop, 1mg xan and 1 beer in evening and never had this so finding it a bit weird

That was Sunday, how do you feel now?
Thanks for replying mate sorry I'm late. All was well after a nights sleep, but its always shitty going to sleep while bugging out. The past week I have been experiencing my regular level of paranoia so while I can't necessarily confirm that it didn't for some reason have a longer term impact, I'm very doubtful it has.

But I think people most likely to stumble onto this post are probably people that have combined xanax, zopiclone, and alchahol, and are concerned about their well being. If you are looking for harm reduction advice is the following:

  • If you are in a suitable state to do so, measure your pulse. I would avoid a blood pressure cuff as it can temporarily decrease circulation (why your arm may feel cold, numb, and tingly after), and get some other form of monitor. But you probably don't have that so set a 1 min timer on phone, dig your thumb deep into your wrist or feel your chest and count how many times your heart beats until the timer ends. For reference, a normal healthy adult heart rate is approx between 60 to 100 beats per minute, although it can vary. If you feel okay and in control then I wouldn't stress too much if its like 15 bpm above or below this range, but definitely do not take any other substances and stay awake, maybe entertain yourself with TV or a book if possible. If you can't do this or your heart rate is significantly above or below that range, get help.

  • If you can't / are struggling to breath, get help.

  • If you are fading in and out of / losing consciousness and have no one with you, get someone physically with you to keep you awake and to get help if necessary, and if that's not possible then get help yourself.

  • If you are having major head aches or chest pains, get help.

NOTE: I am not a medical professional and am not qualified to give medical advice, it's just what I would do. Better safe than sorry. Use your best judgement and always air on the side of caution.
