Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

Thank you for the advice. I’m trying to eat more meat and fresh vegetables (I also take Omega-3), and I stay physically active — I do stretching, go on long walks in fresh air with my best friend and her dog for about two to three hours a day, play mobile games (mostly visual novels that involve reading), and sometimes read fiction before bed, even though my concentration is still not that great yet.

But there are improvements. What discourages me a little is the waiting. Because judging from that spreadsheet, some people recover in 8–12 months, while others need around 3 years for a full recovery. It’s like a lottery — impossible to predict, completely individual.

Well, there’s nowhere for me to run from this anyway. I won’t expect a fast recovery, but if it happens, I’ll be genuinely happy
I think hard exercise can help you revover quicker because exercise helps repair the brain in a big way

Are you male or female? If your male go to your doc and get a blood test done for prolactin, estradiol and testosterone. Might as well get them all checked
I Am Male. My Testosterone, On A Scale Where 150 To 1200 Units Of Testosterone Is Normal, Is 57 Units. Puny.

Ya thats different from how they meassure it here. Have you talked to your doctor about TRT? Also get tested for prolactin and estradiol as well if your growing breasts.
Those are probably high

I Had TRT 5 Or 6 Years Ago, But Testosterone Is A Controlled Substance Here And Rather Hard To Get. My Physician's Assistant Sent Me To An Endocrinologist Who Then Tried To Send Me To A Urologist, But I Could Tell I Was Getting The Run Around And Said, "You Know, It's Just Really Not That Important."

“Invega” phonetically sounds a lot like “in veggie / in vegetable,” like the medication turns you into a sad eggplant with anhedonia

It's controlled here to. Easy for them to say its not important

Move around and stay busy as much as you can. Eventually you will start feeling the effects of exercise again.
I’m trying. So far, stretching and jumping rope seem manageable. But after strength exercises with dumbbells, the rigidity feels like it gets worse. I want to tell my doctor about this. Maybe I need adjunct medications or amantadine. In any case, I plan to get back into running in the future (I used to be into track and field and even competed in short-distance sprint events), or possibly join a gym and work with a trainer so I can see real progress

God I’m going through some serious stress and anxiety. Right now I’m trying to switch to invega pills. I won’t take them but I’ll have them just in case of psychosis breakthrough down the line . I’m super stressed and anxious due to this invega injection causing permanent damage or getting psychosis again. It’s like whatever choice I make is bad . I’m just going to rip the bandaid off and get off this and hopefully in 6-10 months I’ll be back to normal and this can all be behind me

I honestly don’t think you should panic too much about psychosis suddenly coming back right away. Invega is a depot injection, which means it creates a long-acting depot in the body and the medication is released very slowly over time. It doesn’t just disappear overnight. A lot of people get extremely anxious after stopping because everything feels uncertain, but the medication usually tapers out gradually for months. Try not to catastrophize every sensation or thought. Stress and anxiety themselves can make everything feel much scarier

You are right I should be fine . My initial psychosis was caused by a combination of weed and not sleeping. As long as I stay sober I should be good .

Guys with the bluelight to access the latest one you have to google "invega bluelight v12". You can't join via v11, idk why.
