Methamphetamine is usually nicknamed Tina here in the Netherlands, at least by the average party favor dealers.

Always found it interesting how different naming can be for different countries or regions. Like I accidentally nearly bought crack once, as it was referred to as ‘base’, which I thought meant base amphetamine, but in this case base referred to base cocaine, i.e. crack.

Lol Im curious what more slangs/nicknames you have for speed over there. Just realized that we have so many slang names for speed in Sweden:

Tjack - essentially means ”tweak” a ”tjackis” is a tweaker
Sho/tjo - probably derived from the word tjack but Sho is also slang for ”wassup”
Vaket - ”Awake”
Snabba skor - Literally translates to quick/fast shoes
Dojja - Means sneakers, likely derived from snabba skor
Dos - ”Dose”
Blomster - Translates to blooming/flowers but is often used to refer to speed with leftover phenylacetone from synthesis causing a floral smell.
Affe - Derived from amfetamin
Fultjack - ”Ugly tweak” poor quality/unpure amphetamine
Fintjack - ”Pretty tweak” good quality/pure amphetamine
Meta/Metatjack - Short for Methamphetamine, sometimes Meta is used when referring to Meth and Metatjack is used when referring to Speed cut with Meth

Most common is Tjack or Sho, at least in stockholm, but a lot of people say Dos or Snabba skor also.

Maybe I oughta post a different thread about what drug slangs people use in different countries…

Damnn y’all have a lot of nicknames huh? We only really have a few, although I don’t know any major speed freaks, most of my friends don’t really fuck with the stuff. Fair, given it’s cut to absolute SHIT with caffeine over here, once got a batch that tested as nothing but pure caffeine powder😭

Most common here in the Netherlands is speed or just s. We also have:

- ‘pep’ -> derived from the verb ‘oppeppen’ meaning ‘to boost’. Most commonly used after speed.

- ‘boeren coke’ -> ‘a farmer’s coke’, essentially just calling it cocaine but for poor people ahaha.

Unsure if there’s a thread meant specifically for this kind of stuff. I’d be curious to hear about the differences in culture surrounding different drugs in other countries too tbh. Like here meth is nowhere near as big as it is in the US. At least in the area where I live it’s mostly marketed towards and used by gay men in the chemsex scene. Which I found interesting, as I hadn’t expected it at all when my main dealer started selling it.

Found it quite an odd choice offering meth and crack alongside your regular party drugs I suppose. Have the feeling that meth use will become more widespread in the rave scene here tho, with the speed quality being as shit as it is. Either that or dealers will start cutting the speed with methamphetamine, which so far is incredibly rare, it’s mostly just caffeine cuts over here.

Speed here pretty much is ampthetamine powder, almost always cut to shit with caffeine though .—. Would add a picture if I had access to my stash rn, but pretty much an (off-)white powder usually snorted.

It’s extremely rare to have anything like speed or xtc pills cut with meth here, for the amphetamine powder it’s almost always cut with just caffeine.

I’m assuming glass would be referring to the crystal form of meth?

Damn man is it that bad? I was under the impression that the netherlands had good speed. Here in Sweden you can find amazing speed in pretty much every big city, at least if you know the right person. Id guess its more commonly around ~60%, at least going off how strong street speed felt compared to ordering 99% pure speed from F***S****
Havent done speed since 2020 though so I cant say if quality is worse or better now, I would guess its pretty unchanged.

I knew some guys who used to have absolutely trash speed though, like 20 - 30%, and sometimes you would get some absolutely insane speed cut with a ton of meth which blew your socks off and kept you going for 10+ hours from a single line

Hey all! Slow night tonight, just took 0.5 mg Xanax and had 900 mg gabapentin earlier. I was actually in the hospital this last week for some issues stemming from...one of the drugs I'm prescribed! 🙄 Guess I had a rare reaction to it and I ended up with rhabdomyolysis (it's under control now). I was quite candid about my recreational use, too, just because I wanted to make sure everything was taken into account. Even if all this came from a prescribed medication and not illegal shit, though, it did give me some time to reevaluate my relationship with various drugs. And while I don't plan on cutting out all drugs from my life or anything, I have decided to quit methamphetamine altogether along with fentanyl. So there we go! Today was day one and it really wasn't too bad. Hope everyone else is doing well and staying safe!
 
Last night: alcohol and some smoked crystal meth in the magical stone(d) spiderweb called Amsterdam.

My glass bulb and torch are going into the garbage/recycling as I don't want to be smoking more meth in my village.

The last few shards are going back to the drug hoard.

Also my poppers bottles are going into the glass recycling before I reach home.

That way I won't be stankin' up and er embarassin' down my Mom's house.
(but poppers were Friday not yesterday night).

Finally back home from a family trip, freshly shaven, clean and in my own space again. Man what a fucking relieve .—.

Thinking of adding a little K, uni tomorrow got postponed by a few hours so don’t have to get up super early tomorrow. Need me a nice evening of drawing while high in my bed, so that’s just what I’ll go do now :)

Have a busy uni week ahead and want to aim to not use any stims until the weekend and leave at least a full day in between my IC-26 use.

Okay shutting up now and going to bed, but fuckk I needed that drawing time so bad, goodnight y’all :)

Hey all!
So far the abstinence from fent and meth is going good,no crazy cravings or anything like that. Tonight I decided to celebrate a bit with 30 mg 2c-b, 0.5 mg Xanax, and 2400 mg gabapentin. The bees are hitting hard and this peak is the longest I have ever experienced with them, somewhere around 2 hr. A good psychoanalytic sort of trip but I'm also able to socialize and interact just fine. Even with people who, so to speak, aren't on the same level. Hope you all are doing great and staying safe. Love and light!

Good luck with the stim break. 🤞And just in case: 1 day gap is not enough to avoid tolerance build up.

OT: fell up the ladder yesterday with 85 mg Mitragynin (+ 7 g Kratom) - a total waste -
and got fhe bill today: back up to three times dosing (10+ g today) and still not avoiding the chill in between. 😒
